he claim that the hotel is a historic palace may have significantly influenced its rating. As for me, I will not return to it again.

The scenery is super beautiful, the breakfast is rich, and the rooftop restaurant is very nice! The staff is very enthusiastic and can communicate in English. They can also help with parking. I will choose here next time!

The hotel itself is historic, and the interior hardware has been renovated and is very modern, but the standard room part does not have a window (we were assigned room 302 when we checked in). The hotel's official website only shows pictures with windows, which is not Ctrip's fault. Ctrip customer service confirmed with the front desk that there was no window and compensated us 20% of the room fee...

The view from the top floor breakfast restaurant is great, and of course, the food is great too. It's semi-buffet style, with a breakfast basket of bread, yogurt, fruit, and hot food and eggs can be ordered. The hotel is halfway up the mountain and very quiet at night.

Beautiful rooms and hotel. Breakfast is amazing. The concierge Caterina Cucuzza was excellent and very helpful with a friendly smiling eyes (she was wearing a mask so couldn’t see her actual smile!) The view from the room and the top terrace is the best in the area.

Great hotel BUT poor to No wifi at our rooms and AC turns off after an hour when it detects no movement. Could not sleep well for two nights and problem was not fixed. next time will try the Romeo

First class hotel. Impeccable service. Outstanding location by the Bay of Naples. We had a sea view balcony room which was beautiful.

It's near the water and the crowd is small near the hotel. They have good service and are friendly and speak English. The breakfast is also very nice and has a good selection of food. There are taxis right outside and they have parking for 50€ a night.

One of our favorite hotels in the world. We can’t imagine coming to Napoli and not staying in Hotel Vesuvio. Everything is amazing. Upgraded to a corner suite for a weekend away with my daughter, the hotel wowed us. Not quite 5* as the brochure says, probably 4* however the staff are amazing and really look after you, especially Mario, who is a real asset, its close to most amenities and is affordable, I loved it and would more than likely stay here again if I am in Naples.

Nice stay, welcoming staff and good location. Definitely an old style 4 stars hotel, from the moquette to the ugly elevator to the hairdryers from the 50s... they made an effort to modernise the hall. Other than that big rooms, comfortable and clean.

The room was OK, the steak and vegetables in the restaurant was terrible.

My partner and I stayed at Serius Hotel from the 17th to the 24th of August 2017. Ohoo boy!!! what an amazing time we had. We still reminiscing about our lovely summer break in Naples.
