Great hotel BUT poor to No wifi at our rooms and AC turns off after an hour when it detects no movement. Could not sleep well for two nights and problem was not fixed. next time will try the Romeo

The hotel's location is pretty good, and you can see the beautiful Bay of Naples from the room. However, the room was a bit small, and the sharp corners of the table weren't covered, which resulted in both my friend and I getting bruises on our knees, and it even damaged a pair of my boots.

This is an excellent hotel with a majestic view of the Bay of Naples and the waterfront. The updated rooms are spacious and comfortable and the rooftop restaurant and bar are first class with unique menu selections that please the palate. Amazing hotel with outstanding service. Everything was delicious, and the breakfasts were absolutely incredible. In the morning, one of the girls made us an espresso with chocolate, it was so good and such a lovely touch. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's probably the tallest building in Naples, so the views from the windows are beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the downsides are also obvious: the room is too small; it was difficult to open even two 24-inch suitcases.

The property is quite spectacular, though the neighborhood is somewhat rough (garbage, traffic, laundry, etc…) There was no hot water in the shower, and the hot tub was out of service. Naples is only two and a half hours from Rome by car! I stayed for one night and booked a triple room with breakfast for 4,000 yuan. There is a handsome man at the front desk who speaks Chinese. He is very warm and sincere. He speaks Chinese fluently and adds a lot to this hotel. The breakfast restaurant has a nice environment and you can dine on the terrace. The food is also very good.

From December 27th to December 29th we stayed in this hotel in Napoli. In the room there is no cleanliness and there are flies that make it difficult to sleep at night. It is possible to hear everything the other guests say (door, children, telephone conversation). The breakfast is below normal, however some employees are rude.

Just next to the pier, it's very convenient to take a boat. However, the surrounding environment is poor and the traffic is too high.

The restaurant is especially great value with 2 types of tourist menus, meat or seafood. We had meat that started with amazing gnocchi in tasty cheese/tomatoes sauce. The meat was grilled pork large piece, fries, big arugula salad. Water is included, as well as limoncello liquor and coffee, all for 18 euro this October 7, 2024.

The hotel has many good points for example helpful friendly staff but feels badly managed, leading to a failure to maintain consistently good standards. We never saw anyone in charge overall.

The responses to service issues was not there on occasion

My wife and I spent to days at Montespina Park Hotel relaxing by the pool. The pool was clean and at the perfect temperature. We lounged poolside with nice cocktails and lite food. The hotel is a little far from Naples Airport, so it's best to take a taxi. There are many Chinese companies, shops, and restaurants around. The hotel service is good and the rooms are clean. If you are transiting in Naples or arriving late on an international flight, this is an ideal place to rest.

In the Chinese area, you will hear the sound of firecrackers in the distance at night, which makes you feel like you are in China. It's a pity that the restaurants close early.
