Great hotel BUT poor to No wifi at our rooms and AC turns off after an hour when it detects no movement. Could not sleep well for two nights and problem was not fixed. next time will try the Romeo

It's near the water and the crowd is small near the hotel. They have good service and are friendly and speak English. The breakfast is also very nice and has a good selection of food. There are taxis right outside and they have parking for 50€ a night.

Upgraded to a corner suite for a weekend away with my daughter, the hotel wowed us. Not quite 5* as the brochure says, probably 4* however the staff are amazing and really look after you, especially Mario, who is a real asset, its close to most amenities and is affordable, I loved it and would more than likely stay here again if I am in Naples.
Nice stay, welcoming staff and good location. Definitely an old style 4 stars hotel, from the moquette to the ugly elevator to the hairdryers from the 50s... they made an effort to modernise the hall. Other than that big rooms, comfortable and clean.

This is an excellent hotel with a majestic view of the Bay of Naples and the waterfront. The updated rooms are spacious and comfortable and the rooftop restaurant and bar are first class with unique menu selections that please the palate. The service is outstanding with attentive waiters and bartenders. The chef even comes out to speak with the guests. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.
