This hotel is in the perfect location, 2 minutes walk from the central train station. It is clean, has very good air conditioning, breakfast is good although some of it is served by staff. All in all, a very good place to stay, I highly recommend it.

This is an older hotel that looks and feels run down. It is best used for those who need to be near the train station. The receptionist over charged me for city tax for a  5 star hotel.  This is at best 3 stars and at the lower end of those. I expected more after having read the reviews. It was disappointing.

The hotel had a nice welcome when we arrived. The shower was small and looked dirty. The AC blew out lukewarm air. The breakfast was quite okay for Italy. Good location near the central station as we arrived by bus/train.

At first we had a room we didn’t like but we asked the receptionist if he can change our room. He did change it and he gave us a better room.  The only thing I want to complain about is the mattresses. They are very soft and every morning we woke up with a sore back

The hotel itself seems quite old, but there is no inconvenience in using the facilities. The breakfast is also pretty good, and most of all, the staff is friendly. I had a comfortable stay.

Huge thanks to the hotel! I accidentally left my phone in the room and had already checked out and left my luggage with them before heading to Sorrento. Once I got to Sorrento, I realized I had left my other phone behind too. I called the hotel, and they kindly kept both phones safe with my luggage. I returned 5 days later to pick up everything. Very welcoming staff, helpful with introducing upon arrival and storing luggage when checking out. Location is good in general but unfortunately now the coastal way is under maintenance/construction so sea view is obstructed when you walk along. Also a bit disconnected if you take public transport.

The hotel is located near the railway station. Spacious room with a balcony and a window. Huge comfortable bed. The room has a small fridge, air conditioning. The price per night is adequate for this comfort.

1) the electronic lock in my room was broken; 2) the mini bar did not work; 3) the air conditioner did not work; 4) there may not be an employee at the reception and you will have to wait for him to get the key to the room. 5) the hotel does not have a clothes steamer (as stated in the description).

The only thing to recommend about the room is its location close to the central station.

Overall is nice, but the location is not really convenient if you are not driving a car, and since the traffic in Naples is so messy you may not able to get on the bus as your predicted time, so be careful. But the staff is nice and polite

Staff was very helpful. Parking was easy, gotel was very easy to find. Room was large enough and very clean with plenty of towels. Airport is near by. La Lasagna restsurant is walking distance and very good with fresh pasta, pizza, and great wine.

We arrived at the hotel at 11.30 pm after a late flight. There was a friendly employee at reception who checked us in quickly and cheerfully. Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable. And we enjoyed the free breakfast the next morning, before moving on again.

We rented a car while in Naples, the Hotel personnel was excellent!! Pietro & Jose were magnificent. Very convenient located to where we went, Pompeii, Positano, Sorento, Salerno, Amalfi, Naples. Room clean and spacious. Shower was not big though. If they added a little fridge to the room it would be fantastic. This is not a Resort, but a very nice hotel to make it as a base while travelling around...

We had a nice stay here for 3 nights. Room was basic but adequate. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and well serviced. Location was excellent, right by the Napoli Centrale Station. Great for Pompeii and an easy bus ride into Chiaia and Old Town. Breakfast was simple but enough. Would have liked a kettle in room with tea and coffee. The location is very good, just near Naples Station. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so it is very convenient. Breakfast is served from 7am.

Naples central station is only 5 minutes away and there are many good Italian restaurants near the hotel. I think the location is really good. Moreover, there is a direct bus from the central station to the airport, which only takes 20 minutes. I had an early morning flight and had no problem getting to the airport!

Our room was in the annex of this hotel which is located on the 5th floor of a charming apartment building. After checking in, we located our room which is reached via some stairs, OR as we discovered on our last day, a lift! It’s a nice and cozy place, but it’s not close to public transportation at all like the page says . It’s convenient for travelers with cars. But someone coming with public transportation like l did will end up paying lot of taxi which is not cheap!!

I was there with my family ( 2 4 y o kids). The environment is cool, the staff is friendly and customer-centric. Excellent value for money and comfortable location, closed to the metro if used a car. I really recommend this place.

This hotel feels more like a 2-star property and is not worth the price (over €100). The staff was not particularly friendly, and the breakfast was nothing special. My biggest issue, however, was the noise — the windows are not soundproof, so the street noise was extremely loud. This seriously affected my stay and is the main reason for the lower rating.

If you want a nice small hotel in the central historic District of Naples, this is it. Service was good, room was very clean, and quiet despite being on a very busy street. Very close to Metro stop for university.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The common areas are very dated and could really use some renovation. The room itself was fine for a short stay, but the overall look of the hotel feels old. That said, the location is perfect and makes it very easy to explore the city on foot. If location is your priority, this hotel works well for a quick stay.

This was a great place right on Toledo Ave with lots of shopping and food options. The staff were very nice, elevator worked and was "free", 24 hour desk service, help with ordering taxi, AC worked. I would recommend this place to travelers. My only suggestion is that the lighting in the bathroom was very dim so not great for getting ready in the morning.

The hotel isn't in a convenient location, about 10-15 minutes in a taxi from the airport but it is excellent VFM. It's very basic but very clean and I had a brilliant night's sleep. When the taxi driver dropped us off he said be careful the areas not safe. It is clearly not a tourist area and like anything you just need to be sensible. This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it...

The hotel was a 8 the staff a 10. It its not in the best neighborhood is semi industrial some small restaurants but they were always closed when I tried. In order to go any where by taxi it is expensive Airport 8 mins away 21€. Train station further away 11€.

A lovely boutique hotel. In the middle of the iconic Spanish quater yet near to the designer shops and a short walk to the marina and boat terminal.Room was small but exceptionally clean. We stayed in the suites at the property which isnt in the hotel proper but in the building attached. The rooms were great, the beds were a mix of comfy and stiff. During the day the businesses open in the street all around it, but they leave their trash all over the place, but after walking through Naples thats just how it is all over. Would stay again.
