The bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's rest. The bathroom was well-equipped with ample hot water supply, making for a very pleasant showering experience

The only slight downside was that the air conditioning fan speed was a bit too strong; I'd suggest adjusting the fan speed settings. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel offering excellent value for money

My wife and I stayed at Platamon B&B in Naples as part of our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke English well. The B&B is located just a street behind the ocean and many nice restaurants

Our room was very nice and clean and was perfect for our honeymoon. The breakfast was also great with many options. One breakfast even included a homemade tiramisu type cake which was delicious

Very important for real coffee lovers, Anna makes the real Neapolitan coffee and offers it at breakfast. Very strategically close to castel dell'ovo on the long stretch in via Caracciolo

Nice place, friendly host and Anna is great with her Neapolitan breakfast or you can have it your way more international

Our room was nice and had a balcony with a great view of the water. We couldn’t use the pools because the outdoor ones can’t be used passed September and the indoor ones have to be booked in advance

We only stayed for one night but will definitely be back! The complex was clean and easy to navigate and the pools very spacious. The pool bar prices were good and there was a lot of choice

The continental choices were fantastic and the the pastries delicious. We sat out on the terrace to eat and enjoyed tea beautiful view of Capri and the mountains surrounding Sorrento

Really beautiful and well put together hostel very near to the beach and must-see Herculaneum ruins. Roof terrace simply stunning! Host Cristiano was incredibly friendly and helpful

For an hostel this is great, this hostel is very colourful with lots of paintings. It has a room where you can play different games. The service is good and it’s in a good location near Ercolano ruins

They also host great musical evening where everyone is welcomed to participate and dance alltogehter, it really makes the experience unforgettable. The whole staff is super friendly and will make you comfortable

Charming place highly recommended the only problem is the train station is about a mile away and there are no busses but other than that it is exceptional.

We came across this hotel on 1 night stop over through Naples. Hotel staff upgraded our room to the Junior suit. The room and view is amazing! Staff was wonderful.

It’s a short drive, less than 10 minutes from Naples Airport and close the port for ferries

For that price you should get 5 star service, 5 star rooms. For starters the A/C was terrible. We complained and nothing was done. The front desk just said " Go to dinner. go to lunch" it will be better when you get back

We stayed at Santa Lucia for three nights before our cruise. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and the bellman stored our luggage until our room was ready. When we entered our room we were extremely pleased

They have an excellent buffet breakfast, wholesome and a variety of hot and cold choices, served on the rooftop with excellent views of Mount Vesuvius, the port, right up to the monastery Certosa di San Martibo on Vomero Hill

The hotel belongs to the core area. There is an indoor parking lot near the hotel for a fee. The breakfast is average and everything else is very good.

Honest hotel review - 5 nights in the double superior room. A birthday treat for my partner, so I upgraded and by the looks of it we had the biggest suit out of the 9 rooms at this boutique hotel

Things I loved - the size of the room, so spacious and airy, high ceilings and very modern. Loved the wardrobe rail that you pulled down and the bed was very elaborate

Breakfast was good enough but it's a real pity that the breakfast area doesn't have a single window which would make all the difference

The hotel is located in a apartment building on the 3rd floor. It can be difficult to identify this building as a hotel, as there is no big signs on the walls. You have to ring the doorbell to get inside the gate

Hotel Il Convento was a wonderful hotel, the best on our trip to Italy. The staff was great. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in the Spanish Quarter and convenient to all of the sites. Be warned that it is a busy area with cars and motorcycles driving constantly through the narrow streets.

It's a boutique B&B with unique rooms. The small balcony overlooks the streets of Naples' old town. The breakfast is exquisite. The service is also good. Overall, I recommend it.

In the middle of the iconic Spanish quater yet near to the designer shops and a short walk to the marina and boat terminal. Room was small but exceptionally clean

The front desk hosts were obviously hired for their excellent people skills, and needless to say not every business is as attentive when it comes to hiring quality staff, so the owner of this hotel gets significant credit for showing he knows how to take care of his guests
