Hotel location is nice for me because I needed to reach airport in the next morning. The hotel staff were nice and friendly both check in and check out...very helpful also at the hotel restaurant. Nice to stay.

They even loaned me an electric converter at no charge, since I had brought the wrong one; although with the usb outlets I could have done without it. Plenty of hangers and closet space for two people

It is in an excellent central location near the cruise terminal and castle nuovo, so it is close to historic sites and shopping. The staff are very friendly and efficient and all speak English

When transiting in Naples, it is an ordinary business hotel, but safe and cheap

Solid Mercure Hotel, room size okay, clean, bathroom rather small. Rooms facing the street can hear traffic noise all night long. The airport bus - Alibus has its stop 5 minutes walk away at the harbor

Otherwise I found the staff to be helpful and there to be a good selection available for the breakfast and If you would like to be near the Napoli football stadium the location is pretty perfect

The lack of immediate easy public transport meant several long walks to the train station which is 30 min walk away including twice with luggage which was not fun in mid 20 degree weather

Was here for 4 nights and booked the jacuzzi room. The tub worked great, Bed was comfortable, AC was cold, and the WI-FI was the best I’ve had in the Med so far. Nothing bad to say about this place at all

I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but this place exceeded my expectations. The pizza place and Irish bar right next to the hotel is good as well. It’s 3km from the piazza leopardi train stop

It is within reasonable walking distance of many of the cities other landmarks too and has an excellent pizza restaurant only just around a corner some 50 metres away. This hotel is very pleasant to stay at

It is a pearl in this old part of the city, being elegant and modern inside. The rooms are nicely furnished, air conditioned and very comfortable, plus there is an Italian breakfast laid on

Also an added bonus is that there is an underground car park here that is connected to the hotel by a lift, so if you have a car you have no worries about parking it in the city

Location was about a 25 minute train ride on the L2 metro away from Napoli Centrale, but it's within a 5 minute walk from the station and there's a cheap supermarket nearby that's open late (very convenient)

This was a great place to stay for a quick night in Naples. Close to the subway and many restaurants. We loved the area in Volerno (about a 15 minute walk away). Much better than center city Naples
