The hotel is located in the Centro Direzionale district. There is a metro stop just 300m from the hotel. In some maps this station looks still under construction but it has been open some time ago and it works perfectly

From here with the metro you can reach the center of Naples in about 10 minutes. The hotel is really nice, clean, and the staff is great. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are well soundproofed

The breakfast is great, don't miss the local mozzarella and the mini sfogliatella Napoletana! Food and drinks are good and for a honest price. The airport is 3km away, so is a quick taxi ride

Good location and friendly reception. But the ventilation of the toilet is not well facilitated.

A great hotel. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, I really like it. Everything is good except for inconvenient transportation

One of our favorite hotels in the world. We can’t imagine coming to Napoli and not staying in Hotel Vesuvio. From the great location, to the amazing service and delicious food (one of the best breakfasts ever)

It's near the water and the crowd is small near the hotel. They have good service and are friendly and speak English. The breakfast is also very nice and has a good selection of food

You feel part of the family when staying here. This time we came to watch the last match of the season (Forza Napoli Sempre) and it was a very busy weekend in Napoli

First class hotel. Impeccable service. Outstanding location by the Bay of Naples. We had a sea view balcony room which was beautiful.

However, the hotel still worked amazingly well with an amazing service from everyone

There are taxis right outside and they have parking for 50€ a night

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff members were all so kind and helpful throughout our time there, and I’m honestly a bit puzzled by other reviewers who had negative experiences. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Spacious room, well sound insulated (no street noise whatsoever), big bed. The view from the roof top is stunning, I will be posting pictures. The only thing I didn't particularly care was the included breakfast.

The location couldn’t be better right in the center of the city and just a short walk to the train station, making it super convenient for exploring. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and well-located stay

Someone please find a way to offer 10 stars!!! Had a nightmare flight arrive 4 hours late and couldn't get into our rental. At 3am their staff answered the phone and took fantastic care of us

The front desk members helped schedule early morning taxis for us to get us to the bus station for our journey home. An all around great place where we would all gladly return to

The highlight for me was the breakfast there was a nice variety of options, and being able to enjoy it on the rooftop with such a great view was a real treat

The breakfast in the fine dining restaurant was perfect with more large windows, stunning views, excellent food and a very professional staff. On our anniversary day we relaxed by the pool for awhile in the afternoon

We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and were there for 2 nights last week. The hotel is sleek and modern with a very classy design. The room had a very cool design with a glass enclosed shower and bathroom

We had a huge window overlooking the port and Bay of Naples. The pool area on the 10th floor is amazing with an infinity edge overlooking the bay plus loungers, sun umbrellas and a bar with light snacks

When we got to our room the staff had sent us a bottle of champagne in a bucket of ice with a handwritten note of congratulations! It was a nice surprise and really made us feel special

Excellent hotel, great space and people. Hotel was great, staff were amazingly attentive and service oriented. The hotel has some great spaces to sit and enjoy some food and drinks

A wonderful and stunning hotel. Very tastefully designed, beautiful facilities and overall great service

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I didn't want to wait for the elevator and carried my suitcase downstairs. The cleaning staff came to help immediately

The hotel is very close to the Maradona Stadium. It happened to be Napoli's home game against Genoa, and the streets were full of fans 😂

Nice hotel. Like the saunna very much. Close to metra station so easy to reach city center

Except the room is a little small and the price is a little expensive, nothing wrong

Very comfortable hotel, the spa is also very comfortable

Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo

The hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed

An excellent hotel in a controversial but very colorful area of Naples. We had an anniversary and the hotel staff gave us a bottle of sparkling wine and upgraded the room

Loved this hotel, it's beautiful. The courtyards are so lovely to relax and enjoy drinks or catch up with friends. The rooms are also lovely and very comfortable.

Close to the city tourist bus station, the inner courtyard of the hotel is also good

Will surely come back to this hotel in Naples. They gave me an “Upgraded” room with a beautiful view of Naples. Their breakfast is unique and perfect. Thank you for all the help guys! See you soon!

Everything was perfect! The view, service and kindness of staff were 10/10!! Just becareful of the texi drivers infront of hotel. They are very aggressive and and will charge you so much

We also enjoyed afternoon drinks on the terrace, where the views of the bay are simply to die for — absolutely unforgettable. Although we didn’t have the chance to try their new restaurant, it looked spectacular

I loved the roof terrace at the restaurant, which had a lovely view. I think the hotel must be dog-friendly, as I saw somebody heading toward the restaurant with a dog as I was leaving it

I used it for business purposes, and the location is good and the breakfast is great. I plan to visit again, and business travelers also like it. It's a good place I want to use again.

It is in an excellent central location near the cruise terminal and castle nuovo, so it is close to historic sites and shopping. The staff are very friendly and efficient and all speak English

When transiting in Naples, it is an ordinary business hotel, but safe and cheap

The room is very small, very small, and the bathroom is also very small, with the shower above the toilet. But the front desk service is good, the location is good, very close to the pier and convenient transportation

Solid Mercure Hotel, room size okay, clean, bathroom rather small. Rooms facing the street can hear traffic noise all night long. The airport bus - Alibus has its stop 5 minutes walk away at the harbor

The next morning the young lady at the front desk apologized for not having something out there and told us it was because of safety reasons due to the fact it can get quite windy during the winter months which apparently is late October

Because we were visiting on my wife’s birthday we were able to upgrade to the junior suite with a terrace overlooking the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating

The weather was consistently mid 70’s and sunny, which we were told is rare that time of year in Italy. The breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh pastries. If you are visiting Naples, stay at this hotel

I stayed here for 4 nights while at a conference. It was a truly luxurious experience. A nice walk away from the more hectic areas yet siill close enough to a metro stop (5 min) and train station (15 min)

The mini gym and solarium were an extra touch. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. In particular, I remember Oriana always available to provide assistance

Our terrace did not have a table or seats to sit on but the hotel staff promptly brought us up something to sit and relax on

It is within reasonable walking distance of many of the cities other landmarks too and has an excellent pizza restaurant only just around a corner some 50 metres away. This hotel is very pleasant to stay at

It is a pearl in this old part of the city, being elegant and modern inside. The rooms are nicely furnished, air conditioned and very comfortable, plus there is an Italian breakfast laid on

Also an added bonus is that there is an underground car park here that is connected to the hotel by a lift, so if you have a car you have no worries about parking it in the city

Well located in the historic old city district of Naples and not far away from the famous street known as Spaccanopoli

The hotel facilities are really good as there is both a gym and a large swimming pool on the premises

The staff at this hotel were very courteous and helpful and I would say that my overall impression is that Ecumano Space is much better than its three star rating, we were very happy with our short stay there

Not a bad location or hotel Great place, great location, nice views and good roof top. Really cool hotel, and the vibes were immaculate.

The hotel has a beautiful authentic design, a beautiful view from the room, but the wifi worked poorly for us. The location is good, but only for those who like to walk and not shave, walk uphill a couple of kilometers.

Otherwise I found the staff to be helpful and there to be a good selection available for the breakfast and If you would like to be near the Napoli football stadium the location is pretty perfect

The lack of immediate easy public transport meant several long walks to the train station which is 30 min walk away including twice with luggage which was not fun in mid 20 degree weather

Very nice hotel and comfortable and polite owners and helpful

While I did not have a mainly negative experience, I found there to be a couple of issues that impacted on my stay

Was here for 4 nights and booked the jacuzzi room. The tub worked great, Bed was comfortable, AC was cold, and the WI-FI was the best I’ve had in the Med so far. Nothing bad to say about this place at all

I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but this place exceeded my expectations. The pizza place and Irish bar right next to the hotel is good as well. It’s 3km from the piazza leopardi train stop

Friendly staffs, and cnvenient location. If there was a kettle in the room, it would have been perfect for me.

The rooms was quite modern, the breakfast was good with a good choice (even of we were a bit late), apart from the brioches (which were a bit old)

We had to go to the other hotel (Naples Garibaldi Square) because of some water problem

The young girl behind the counter had an exceptional ability to make you feel like you bothered her. This didn't affect our overall rating, since this isn't of importance for us

Location is very convenient, close to the main train station and terminus of two subway lines (Piazza Garibaldi). Nevertheless, it has simple rooms with little soundproofing

Very close to main trainstation and Porta Nolana (where trains go directly to Pompeii and Ercolano) Staff: If you expect a smiling or greeting clerk, find another place

People working here are very service oriented, the rooms are nice. Close to the supermarket, metro, restaurants and clubs nearby. Good public transport connection to Pozzuoli and Naples. Would visit again.

There are restaurants and shops nearby which is also convenient. The only downside is being so far away from the centre of Naples. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and was comfortable in my room

We chose what seemed a very reasonably priced location and not expected much. However I was so surprised at the service was amazing and then assumed maybe the rooms were going to be tbe issue and they were great as well

Nice hotel it was clean and very reasonable prices. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the location is near the Metro station which is handy

The hotel staff were amazing… from the cleaning staff to the reception staff. The hotel itself was clean. And the rooms were clean as well. No complaints for the 4 nights we stayed. Will definitely stay again.

Location was about a 25 minute train ride on the L2 metro away from Napoli Centrale, but it's within a 5 minute walk from the station and there's a cheap supermarket nearby that's open late (very convenient)

SPA service was very great. Room very lovely and clean!

But it is not suggested for people the have problems with stairs because there isn't an elevator especially since all the rooms are on the second floor

Miserable travel day ended here… thankfully the place is as advertised. Comfortable and convenient stay in Naples. Only an overnight visit, but seemed centrally located and friendly check in

The most wonderful experience I staid in the King suite and the room was absolutely beautiful. The location is very central and close to a lot of stores but what made the experience special was the staff

Stayed for 4 nights and the room was very nice and clean. The staff were happy and friendly. Everything is close by and we walked to many attractions easily. Thank you for the great stay!

She is also very familiar with the location and will recommend the best places to visit and best restaurants. She is also extremely friendly and funny and she is a pleasure to be around

I had the pleasure of beeing a guest here last week, together with my son. Room was very nice and clean, shower etc. We felt really welcome and everything was more than satisfactory
