One of our favorite hotels in the world. We can’t imagine coming to Napoli and not staying in Hotel Vesuvio. From the great location, to the amazing service and delicious food (one of the best breakfasts ever)

Upgraded to a corner suite for a weekend away with my daughter, the hotel wowed us. From a strong welcome on check in, to a stunning room and bathroom (huge and white marble throughout) to the room top bar

It's near the water and the crowd is small near the hotel. They have good service and are friendly and speak English. The breakfast is also very nice and has a good selection of food

You feel part of the family when staying here. This time we came to watch the last match of the season (Forza Napoli Sempre) and it was a very busy weekend in Napoli

First class hotel. Impeccable service. Outstanding location by the Bay of Naples. We had a sea view balcony room which was beautiful.

Breakfast very good (a lot of cake). One of the top hotels I’ve stayed at; comparable to The Ritz in London

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff members were all so kind and helpful throughout our time there, and I’m honestly a bit puzzled by other reviewers who had negative experiences. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. The room was quiet and well maintained, making it easy to relax

Spacious room, well sound insulated (no street noise whatsoever), big bed. The view from the roof top is stunning, I will be posting pictures. The only thing I didn't particularly care was the included breakfast.

The breakfast buffet was great and came with such a fun view of the city. We also spent a couple of evenings up on the restaurant terrace to catch some beautiful sunsets

The location was perfect for us as it’s fairly central to things we we wanted to do, and it was within walking distance to the port where many of our day tours started

We come every year, the last weekend before Christmas. It's our Christmas present. Area for improvement: the person who takes reservations.

The room was fine overall, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The hairdryer and the TV felt quite outdated, the mattress seemed a bit worn, and the pillows were much too soft for our taste

A wonderful 7 nights spent in a beautiful Italian palace turned into a fabulous hotel. The neighbourhood was a bit rough and devoid of nice restaurants but the Palazzo’ restaurant was wonderful

From reception to the kitchen, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived

Palazzo Caracciolo is a great place to stay right in the heart of Naples, perfectly located close to amenities and many traditional spots

Despite these minor issues, the excellent location and the outstanding staff really improve the stay and make Palazzo Caracciolo a place we wil happily return to

The staff were brilliant and friendly and helpful and we will definitely return

The hotel is situated in a peaceful and pleasant area, away from the crowded city center (yet still within easy reach, a 15-20 minute walk). We wouldn’t hesitate to return if we travel to Naples again

ROOMS Our room was spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the sea, Castel dell’Ovo and Mount Vesuvius🌄 Waking up to such a beautiful landscape was an absolute highlight of our trip

The room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the subway entrance on the second floor, making getting around super easy

The best part is the free mini-bar in the room, stocked with water, Coke, and beer – that's just fantastic! Unlike my last trip to Rome where there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room

The hotel's location is great, very close to the newly opened subway station. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious

It's only one stop away from the central station, which is both safe and convenient

And they really won me over with linen hotel slippers and sheets, keeping with the theme of a clean, natural, and luxurious way of life!! The gym was also very well equipped for those who have that interest, and the rooftop bar hosted a live pianist on the night of our stay, adding to a calming and welcoming all around experience

We also enjoyed afternoon drinks on the terrace, where the views of the bay are simply to die for — absolutely unforgettable. Although we didn’t have the chance to try their new restaurant, it looked spectacular

The gym is first-class, pristine, and well-equipped — a rarity in many hotels — and the private spa experience is a must. It’s the perfect way to unwind after exploring the vibrant streets of Naples

Everything was perfect! The view, service and kindness of staff were 10/10!! Just becareful of the texi drivers infront of hotel. They are very aggressive and and will charge you so much

The staff deserves special mention — warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Their professionalism, fluent English, and genuine hospitality made every interaction effortless and enjoyable

This hotel is outstanding! After a very long trip in Europe, having stayed in some nice and not so nice places, this hotel was a PERFECT final resting place before our flight out of Naples

It is in an excellent central location near the cruise terminal and castle nuovo, so it is close to historic sites and shopping. The staff are very friendly and efficient and all speak English

I loved the roof terrace at the restaurant, which had a lovely view. I think the hotel must be dog-friendly, as I saw somebody heading toward the restaurant with a dog as I was leaving it

I used it for business purposes, and the location is good and the breakfast is great. I plan to visit again, and business travelers also like it. It's a good place I want to use again.

When transiting in Naples, it is an ordinary business hotel, but safe and cheap

The room is very small, very small, and the bathroom is also very small, with the shower above the toilet. But the front desk service is good, the location is good, very close to the pier and convenient transportation

Solid Mercure Hotel, room size okay, clean, bathroom rather small. Rooms facing the street can hear traffic noise all night long. The airport bus - Alibus has its stop 5 minutes walk away at the harbor

The next morning the young lady at the front desk apologized for not having something out there and told us it was because of safety reasons due to the fact it can get quite windy during the winter months which apparently is late October

The hotel is near Naples train station and attracts many foreign tourists. The rooftop view is beautiful, and the breakfast is decent. The rooms are small and the amenities are basic

Good hotel with a quite nice location compared to other places in Napoli, the room is spacious and clean, I particularly like the prices of the Minibar where they don't charge you triple the price but very reasonable prices, breakfast is included in the stay which was amazing for us, variety of pastries and fruits and they offer the famous things to eat in Napoli for free

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bear in my mind that you have to pay an additional amount for tourist taxes

The weather was consistently mid 70’s and sunny, which we were told is rare that time of year in Italy. The breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh pastries. If you are visiting Naples, stay at this hotel

For a hotel in Italy costing around 1000 yuan, this is about what you'd expect

Highly recommended! It's a great hotel closest to the stadium, and it even offers a free sauna – truly excellent!

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I didn't want to wait for the elevator and carried my suitcase downstairs. The cleaning staff came to help immediately

The facilities are new and complete, and the bathroom has plenty of hot water. The front desk service is professional, the rooms are well soundproofed, and I slept well

The hotel is very close to the Maradona Stadium. It happened to be Napoli's home game against Genoa, and the streets were full of fans 😂

Except the room is a little small and the price is a little expensive, nothing wrong

Otherwise I found the staff to be helpful and there to be a good selection available for the breakfast and If you would like to be near the Napoli football stadium the location is pretty perfect

However the location is awful to experience Naples and our room stank of pickles, along with the green decor we called it the “pickle room”. The area is extremely run down and a long walk to the station

We had to get the bedsheet changed because it was dirty. I would recommend avoiding unless you particularly came for the area. But if like us you think to go here to experience Naples don’t

The lack of immediate easy public transport meant several long walks to the train station which is 30 min walk away including twice with luggage which was not fun in mid 20 degree weather

The facilities from what I experienced would make the hotel more of a 3 star than 4, I found the interior to be a little tired

This hotel was decent in the sense the room was nice had basic amenities and friendly staff

Very close to the center and Metro, very clean and good facilities, breakfast on all tastes! They offer free transportation to and from the center at certain hours in the morning and at 23pm

Very nice place, big and clean rooms, breakfast excellent, staf excellent, location is very near the city center and has access to bus, train, subway or a short walk to the city center. Would definitely return.

An amazing staff and great hospitality

The property is well maintained - it is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great with a good selection. It’s a little hard to find at night (there is another B&B in the same building) but otherwise it is great

Wonderful structure and staff, clean room with very comfortable garden, super-supplied breakfast (even for those like me who have special dietary needs) A fundamental aspect for me was the possibility of bringing Dante my furry dog ​​(who loved the garden in the room) It is possible to leave the car in the parking provided and move easily by metro (being the metro nearby) We will be back very happy...

Relais Villa Montedonzelli Naples We had a lovely experience from start to finish in such a beautiful area of Naples. Great location, gorgeous building and setting

Friendly service, great location. The rooms and view makes you feel like a vip. Walk through the hotel, you'll get lost but you'll see wonderful pieces of the buildings history

Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable room. Nicely decorated indoor with antiques everywhere. Front desk staffs were especially thoughtful and polite

Transportation was not as convenient as those located beneath the hill but the view made it wrothy for the walk. May take cable car instead if in rush. Breakfast included variety of food, taste was okay

If I have to make a point of criticism, breakfast could be better. But then again, if you look outside of the breakfast room, all is forgotten

The most beautiful hotel in all of Naples and you'll love every second. The view is impossible to beat and we spent every second taking photos of the awesome view.

You can get coins from the front desk when you check in, but no one will provide coins on the day of check-out, so you have to walk down to the ninth floor. Don't put anything you need on the balcony or on the ground

The cleaning guy is an illegal immigrant worker and will throw away everything. I put my underwear and socks in a plastic bag on the ground and asked him to throw it away for me

The service provided by the front desk lady was excellent. The pizza shop she recommended was also very delicious. It was a very good experience.

I did not like the set up of the washroom. It has balcony which probablysome people would love but we did not use it. Other than the washroom everythjng was good.

So my mum asked the lovely guy if someone could clean it up. He was great very informative and kind. The elevator of the building requires a 10c coin to operate. So just make sure you have change to get up there

The breakfast in the fine dining restaurant was perfect with more large windows, stunning views, excellent food and a very professional staff. On our anniversary day we relaxed by the pool for awhile in the afternoon

We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and were there for 2 nights last week. The hotel is sleek and modern with a very classy design. The room had a very cool design with a glass enclosed shower and bathroom

We had a huge window overlooking the port and Bay of Naples. The pool area on the 10th floor is amazing with an infinity edge overlooking the bay plus loungers, sun umbrellas and a bar with light snacks

A big surprise was the insanely good gym (very impressive equipment - best hotel gym I have ever seen by far) and the spa which was a mindblowing experience

When we got to our room the staff had sent us a bottle of champagne in a bucket of ice with a handwritten note of congratulations! It was a nice surprise and really made us feel special

We had a fantastic stay at the Romeo, for one night, on our way from Napoli to Praiano (via Positano). It was booked on Hilton HHonors points, and I'm more than happy with the value for bed-and-breakfast

I would highly recommend this place for any out of town guests, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome

The hotel is perfect but we were really amazed by the level of professionalism of all of their staff.

There are restaurants and shops nearby which is also convenient. The only downside is being so far away from the centre of Naples. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and was comfortable in my room

Great place to stay where exploring Napoli, 15 minutes train ride to city center. With coffee shops, restaurants and groceries all nearby

There is also a supermarket close by and some nice cafes and a couple of good restaurants

Great space close to everything. Breakfast is minimal but it was OK to start the day. King bed and the sofa bed were both very comfortable. Annalisa is great allowed us an early check in and a slightly late check out

The most wonderful experience I staid in the King suite and the room was absolutely beautiful. The location is very central and close to a lot of stores but what made the experience special was the staff

This was in prime location of Naples. Walking distance to lots of places and the neighbourhood itself was vibrant and safe

We (and also other guests) were ignored, spoken rudely, condescending gestures and no service

This is located in the historic district which is wonderful to visit, but I recommend to not drive here. Friendly night staff! The room was nice but cleaning could have been better (dusty corners and dirty bathroom)

We mentioned to reception and they confirmed that it wasn’t working but they wouldn’t be able to fix during our stay. It’s fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again if I came back to Naples…

Called ahead asking for self parking. They did not inform me it was actually valet parking only. And they also did not inform us how tricky it is to drive to the garage itself

Clean, modern and new rooms. Good air conditioning. Really close to Toledo Street where you have everything, restaurants, shops, metro etc. The owners are nice and helpful. Great for tourists who want to sightsee Naples.

We had a great stay here the night before our flight! The rooms are spacious and bathrooms are updated. A little tough to find but the staff was great at sending pictures and communicating. Would recommend!

Great location in heart of the action. No issues with noise despite the busy area of Spanish quarter. Staff was helpful and were able to store our luggage there for a few hours after check out

Small porch to step out onto and watch the city. The location is maybe a bit tricky to get to but once there you can walk all the wonderful streets and enjoy all the hustle that is Naples

As with everyplace in Italy, be prepared for lots of walking and stairs! Lots to eat and do within walking distance

The building itself has lots of charm and character in the middle of a traditional street, and inside the rooms are modern and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here, and we would definitely recommend it

Amazing place to stay in the centro Storico Naples. The room was amazing, even though you are in the center of the city, you hear no noise, which makes resting very easy
