Special thanks for Laura, it was amazingly nice experience to stay at this hotel :) Due to the season off for the swimming pool, we could have not to enjoy the thermal water around this area, but she offered an upgrade for our room to enjoy bathing in our room. We were sent here by buses after our United Airlines flight to Newark was cancelled. The staff responded amazingly after having a Boeing 767 dropped on them they gave us a great lunch while the rooms were prepared. The place could use a little TLC but so could my home. Taking us in showed bravery and they went out of the way to make us comfortable. Rooms are clean and tidy.
Staff was very helpful and the services available made it for easy access all around Napoli!
The staff at this hotel were exceptional from the restaurant staff, the housekeeping staff and the pool gardener. The rooms were air conditioned. The bathrooms had towels and soap. There was a kettle to make tea and a safe. We had a terrace on the third floor. Cameras in abundance everywhere ensuring you feel safe on the property. Breakfast was exceptional plentiful choices and new dishes added daily...
Very pleasant experience. Beautiful park hotel, located on a hill. Staff were very friendly, and the food was great! During the day we enjoyed going to the pool they have. There’s a little bar where they serve you drinks and food, very comfortable. The rooms are generous and clean. Definitely a place I’d recommend 👌

Management yelled at us when we thought breakfast was on the bottom floor & we started making our coffee. Breakfast was upstairs. Would be nice to have that written in room.
The hotel is located in an area with very, very crowded and narrow streets like much of Naples. The area around the hotel was noisy and dirty. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and updated inside. Parking worked out OK, but driving a van through the narrow streets was challenging.
We had a great stay at the hotel. Very pleasant staff and good service. Good location for a nice walk to several highlights.

Enjoyed our stay was excellent to use the spa after a lot of walking for sightseeing we managed to walk 8.5miles a day. The bed was comfortable!

Because we took 4 trains from Napoli Central Station to here, and caught up with the strike on Sunday or the cable car was closed, we climbed a long mountain road to arrive. Great Service! Agent that I booked with processed our booking with the wrong Room type. The Hotel understood the situation and did their best to rectify. Amazing Views , Good restaurant with wide selection for Breakfast. Ample parking for car. Cafe & Bars within walking distance.
The view from the hotel overlooking the bay was stunning. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They gave us useful info about the cable car service which saved us money on taxis. They also gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was decent. Personally, it was hard for me as I am vegan but upon request they whipped up some roast potatoes. Great 4 star hotel situated high on a hill overlooking Napoli and harbour you "must" book a sea view room for the view which you can also get from the restaurant. We stayed three nights to attend a wedding. The church was just a few feet away and the reception was held at the hotel. It was a lovely stay with amazing views. We were able to see much of Naples either by walking or taxi.

Come for the view Lovely view of Napoli from the hotel room as well as the dining room and terraces. The hotel has many art pieces displayed across the premises, which was a pleasant surprise. Room on 2nd floor very noisy due to the infamous traffic of Napoli. Not the best bed. Breakfast and dining room was good.
The hotel is huge and cavernous- religious artifacts everywhere and awful ‘modern art’. Oddly arranged rooms not like the photos on website. Staff were lovely and helpful.
Honestly we fell in love with this hotel. So much to explore with art and hidden corners and history. We dined in both nights and it was extraordinary. Giuseppe and his team took great care of. I highly recommend the Chateaubriand.

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I didn't want to wait for the elevator and carried my suitcase downstairs. The cleaning staff came to help immediately. The hotel is very close to the Maradona Stadium. It happened to be Napoli's home game against Genoa, and the streets were full of fans 😂

Excellent place to stay, we stayed for one night! Great air conditioning, everything was spotless! Shampoo, soap, linens, TV, and Wi-Fi were excellent! I recommend it and would return again and again! The service at check-in and check-out was fantastic!

The stairs are a challenge but other than that it's perfect.
The room was large, well lit, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The reception member of staff was helpful. We enjoyed staying near the cathedral and other architectural attractions. The downside was the the three flights of stairs up to the Smart Suite.
The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby
Naples is … a little crazy … but this place was terrific! A convenient location and wonderful staff! Marcella was especially helpful turning us on the to the very BEST eats! We enjoyed the breakfast which offered a large array of fresh food and baked treats.

We had a really good communication with the hostess. The room was clean and the location was great. The apartment was really safe, as it was inside the building.
Very central location, I recommend it especially to young couples who want to fully enjoy their intimacy. The bathroom is certainly the most particular detail. I recommend reading the specifications of the room you are planning to book because two of the three rooms available have a private bathroom outside the room. The manager is always ready to solve any problem, very kind and helpful.
