Great hotel BUT poor to No wifi at our rooms and AC turns off after an hour when it detects no movement. Could not sleep well for two nights and problem was not fixed. next time will try the Romeo

It's near the water and the crowd is small near the hotel. They have good service and are friendly and speak English. The breakfast is also very nice and has a good selection of food. There are taxis right outside and they have parking for 50€ a night.

Location? Location? Location? For a relatively new hotel - why would the owners think that their guests would want to wake up to the sight of the **** of a monster cruise ship being right in their faces! The pollution these Behemoths chugged out would have blotted out the Sun but fortunately for us the wind was offshore, otherwise, I doubt I would have faired better than the locals of Pompei!

The hotel offers a beautiful and comfortable environment, a rich and delicious breakfast, and warm, thoughtful service. We discovered we had left our backpack in a taxi upon arrival. The hotel's location is pretty good, and you can see the beautiful Bay of Naples from the room. However, the room was a bit small, and the sharp corners of the table weren't covered, which resulted in both my friend and I getting bruises on our knees, and it even damaged a pair of my boots.

Everything was perfect! The view, service and kindness of staff were 10/10!! Just becareful of the texi drivers infront of hotel. They are very aggressive and and will charge you so much. These behaviors just ruins Italy’s reputation so much. But experience in hotel was fabulous

This is an excellent hotel with a majestic view of the Bay of Naples and the waterfront. The updated rooms are spacious and comfortable and the rooftop restaurant and bar are first class with unique menu selections that please the palate. The service is outstanding with attentive waiters and bartenders. The chef even comes out to speak with the guests. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

The facilities are new and complete, and the bathroom has plenty of hot water. The front desk service is professional, the rooms are well soundproofed, and I slept well. Highly recommended! It's a great hotel closest to the stadium, and it even offers a free sauna – truly excellent!

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I didn't want to wait for the elevator and carried my suitcase downstairs. The cleaning staff came to help immediately. The hotel is very close to the Maradona Stadium. It happened to be Napoli's home game against Genoa, and the streets were full of fans 😂

The rooms were not the best. The beds were terrible. Roberta was the only staff member who made the stay Somewhat tolerable.

The property is quite spectacular, though the neighborhood is somewhat rough (garbage, traffic, laundry, etc…) There was no hot water in the shower, and the hot tub was out of service. Dining on the property was a fantastic experience. The staff were of average friendliness — nothing remarkable, but not bad either.

Very good 4-star hotel with a breathtaking view over the bay of Napoli. Clean rooms, overall nice front desk staff, efficient housekeeping team and a good breakfast buffet. Had a great stay at Hotel Paradiso! Hotel was nice, clean, comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. We were given an upgraded room with a view that had a great look to the harbor in Naples and the reservation only plunge pool is a nice treat, though not heated. The responses to service issues was not there on occasion

My wife and I spent to days at Montespina Park Hotel relaxing by the pool. The pool was clean and at the perfect temperature. We lounged poolside with nice cocktails and lite food. We have recently come back from Napoli and used this hotel as our base! I was worried about staying here due to the negative views and simply put the reviews are a result of those suffering to karenitus. This hotel was lovely and so peaceful! Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable room. Nicely decorated indoor with antiques everywhere. Front desk staffs were especially thoughtful and polite. Transportation was not as convenient as those located beneath the hill but the view made it wrothy for the walk. May take cable car instead if in rush. Some of the lower scores are down to this is an old converted building. However the room had a damp smell and the fittings were not of great standard. Napoli is a busy city and has its own identity so don’t be surprised by the graffiti, busy noises narrow streets. The staff were excellent btw. The hotel was beautiful. The history is amazing. The food is not good. We ate there twice. It was very expensive and was not very good. The “burger” was loaded with cheese. I like cheese, but it had a ridiculous amount. We had dinner and it was pretentious.

The hotel was in a beautiful galleria in centre of a busy shopping/food area. even though it was stunning architecture, at night the galleria had lots of homeless people in cardboard box homes. The room was clean, the staff very friendly and courteous. Pretty good breakfast to start the day. The hotel location is ideal because is close to the historic center and in the middle of a lot of attractions, bars, and restaurants.

The room was clean and tidy, except the chairs were worn out, looking like they would fall over if you sat on them. Also, bottled water in the refrigerator was chargeable.

I love this place! Great location and the room that I had was huge which is a rare find in Italy. Usually, there is barely enough room to open up a suitcase. The bathroom had a jacuzzi which was an added plus. Highly recommended.

We only stayed one night while transferring through Naples on our way to Florence. The place was very nice but be aware the bedroom area does not have a door in case privacy is a concern. There were a few loud voices in the night outside that woke us up, but seems to be normal for the area. The bed was firm but comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. Overall it suited our needs.

In the city center every thing is in walking distance definitely stay there again once I come back to Naples

Location is deceiving implies that all the rooms are located in the Galleria and they're not. Separate entrance to even some rooms down a side alley.

All Good Second stay. Because we were familiar, it was easy to find. For first/timers, this may be a challenge due to poor signage. On Toledo, go to Big Green door, use the Call Directory on right side. The room was great. Clean, helpful staff, and would stay here again.
