The hotel located at a very convenient location. Walking distance to supermarket n restaurants.
Spectacular place. Good service. Abundant breakfast.
This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location...
Everything was perfect; I've never experienced such excellence before.
Great location but rooms are not large as expected. Free cans of sparkling water and still water in the fridge was appreciated!
Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is simply unbeatable, offering breathtaking views right from the hotel. A special mention goes to the stunning saltwater pool – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Truly an unforgettable stay, highly recommended.

Could have been very good if not for the nightmare drilling through the morning / afternoon throughout my stay!!! Imagine paying to go away on holiday for a few days peace and relaxation & that’s all you hear throughout the day, especially after a belly full of breakfast!!! It really annoyed me & took all shine off the stay! Highlights for anyone planning a stay here is its close proximity to the...
The room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the subway entrance on the second floor, making getting around super easy. It's only one stop away from the central station, which is both safe and convenient. The best part is the free mini-bar in the room, stocked with water, Coke, and beer – that's just fantastic! Unlike...
The hotel overall was decent. It has two entrances: one underground, which leads to the lobby and is surrounded by a slum area, and another at ground level, which opens up to the financial district.
The hotel's location is great, very close to the newly opened subway station. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. It felt a little dated, but overall, it was still fantastic.
It was a good hotel but a bit far from the center. Room was tidy but we found a small cockroach on our 2nd night but the crew cleaned up when we requested. Bottled water are provided daily. Enjoyed our stay!
It’s our first time traveling in Napoli. It’s a nice city and I am so satisfied with the location of the hotel since it’s very close to the train station.

Stunning views and a perfect stay! 🏨 I spent a week here and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully designed with spacious rooms, and the view of Castel Nuovo is simply fantastic. The location is unbeatable for anyone who wants to explore the city on foot, and the varied breakfast along with the friendly staff made the stay even better. Highly recommended! ✨
I booked the XL room announced with 30m what was really not the room number 2832 size assigned.
Amazing hotel with outstanding service. Everything was delicious, and the breakfasts were absolutely incredible. In the morning, one of the girls made us an espresso with chocolate, it was so good and such a lovely touch. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I’m truly happy I had the chance to stay at this hotel.
It's probably the tallest building in Naples, so the views from the windows are beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the downsides are also obvious: the room is too small; it was difficult to open even two 24-inch suitcases.
Breakfast was terrible, nothing to eat, I had to eat outside. The elevator was shaking. The facilities were rudimentary and not worth the money of more than 200 euros a night.
Very nice stay at the hotel. Very good city views from the room and perfect location to walk around the area. Excellent service from all the personnel, especially from Rosamaria. She was delightful, super kind, and always sharing her smile! During the breakfast she was very attentive and helpful, she even offered me a delicious coffee. I would definitely come back soon!

Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. The room was quiet and well maintained, making it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again.
We come every year, the last weekend before Christmas. It's our Christmas present. Area for improvement: the person who takes reservations.
Spacious room, well sound insulated (no street noise whatsoever), big bed. The view from the roof top is stunning, I will be posting pictures. The only thing I didn't particularly care was the included breakfast.
The hotel's terrace has an unbeatable view.
We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff members were all so kind and helpful throughout our time there, and I’m honestly a bit puzzled by other reviewers who had negative experiences. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Elevators were efficient. The location was perfect for us as it’s fairly central to things we we wanted to do, and it was within walking distance to the port where many of our day...

This hotel is right next to Naples train station, you can see it as soon as you exit. The constant police patrols outside the hotel made us feel very safe. The room facilities were standard but clean. Breakfast options weren't extensive, but the service was excellent, and the quality of the food was good. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.
An expectedly wonderful stay! It was only like 3 minute walk from the central station. I feel quite safe as there were quite often policeman patrolling. There is a supermarket very nearby which you can get all the necessities. The hotel was clean, cozy and spacious. The staffs are very friendly and efficient. Star hotel is excellent. They have great locations and have pillows to let us choose, and the staff is very nice! The breakfast is ok, simple.
Excellent hotel with great convenience next to Naples central station. Safe and many food options nearby. Great breakfast so please select this option
The hotel is centrally located and it is so closed to the train and subway station. It is very convenient if you plan to take trains to the outskirts area. It is very safe as a lot of police will be around at night time. My only 2 suggestions are (1) the terrace should be opened for viewing Mount Versuvian. Unfortunately, it is always closed even I asked in the front desk. Second, the breakfast...

The dinner on the patio was not good.
Sadly I have to offer only 3 stars. Service and location are great however the rooms needed renovating 15 years ago. It's in a sad state. Making it worse is the cost for the old room. Value not quite there anymore. I hope it's renovated at some point. It has charm and potential.
My husband and I stayed at Eurostars Hotel Excelsior the night before our flight out of Naples. Naples is only two and a half hours from Rome by car! I stayed for one night and booked a triple room with breakfast for 4,000 yuan. In general, the price is not bad, because after all, the basic cost of food and accommodation for three people in Europe is 150 euros, which is 1,000 yuan. It is an old house over 100 years old. Maybe because the wall bricks are too thick, there is no WiFi in the room...

This hotel has become my preferred choice for business travel. It offers a great location, excellent value for money, and a consistently pleasant experience. I am highly satisfied with my stay, and the reception team deserves praise for their warm and professional service.
Stayed for 1 night. Easy to find even at the night time.
Decent hotel near the train station, but some upkeep is needed.
I did not enjoy the walk from station to hotel - rough crowd and filthy streets. The concierge could not tell me where to get a wine or meal from! The entire building is tired. No value for money here
The hotel is quoted dated, the furnishings are from the 80s. Having that said, the cleanliness is up to standard. The Wi-fi was working well and the condiments were generous. The breakfast was average but there was a good selection of sweet pastry. The bread was also good.

We were looking for comfort and convenience at the end of a busy trip. The rooms were well-appointed, the staff was very helpful, and the dining room was bright and airy with terrific views so we ended up eating there both nights, although the menu was a bit dull anbd needs improvement.
Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights in October 2025. The room was well appointed, clean and the staff were excellent. It’s right on the edge of via Toledo and the Spanish quarter, you’re never more than 10 minutes from great food and wine.
Lovely hotel in a great central location. The rooms are modern and clean with an Italian feel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Shoutout to Fusaro and Michele, would stay again!
There is a handsome man at the front desk who speaks Chinese. He is very warm and sincere. He speaks Chinese fluently and adds a lot to this hotel. The breakfast restaurant has a nice environment and you can dine on the terrace. The food is also very good.

Great location. Probably the best in town. Good reasonable breakfast. Big bathroom, strong shower. Be aware that the hotel was not as in the shape it used to be (need renovation and the carpets need to be cleaned more constantly. You could feel the dust below your feet.)
The only thing this Hotel has going for it is the location...just cannot see a 4/5 star review unless we just got a bad room.. Look this place is very expensive for what I see as a 3 star stay. We paid an average of 300.00 euros a night ( 7 nights). For that price you should get 5 star service, 5 star rooms...but you do not. Far less.. For starters the A/C was terrible. It did not work. We complained...
The hotel is located in a safe area and a walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. We stayed in the hotel for one night, and enjoyed our short visit of Naples. It’s a short drive, less than 10 minutes from Naples Airport and close the port for ferries.
Great location to stay in Napoli , short walking distance to shopping and eating area. Loved how they treated my fiancé for her birthday, they sent a champagne bottle to our room. Highly recommend!!!
Very nice hotel. We stayed here for our honeymoon trip and the hotel gave us a champagne. There is a parking lot downstairs which is very convenient.

Stayed at this hotel that was booked by our tour company. It’s an older hotel but our room was clean and the breakfast was good. Located near the train station and next to the football stadium. Only stayed one night and it fit our needs. Restaurants in about a 5-10 minute walk
The hotel front desk is very welcoming, the breakfast is rich, it is five minutes away from the subway station, there are also large supermarkets nearby for shopping, and there is a football field next to it. I like the atmosphere very much, it is comfortable!
For my stay the location was excellent, good breakfast and the centre of Naples is easily reachable both by public transport and by car
My family and I had a great time at this property. We stayed for a concert, and it's right across the street from the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium. Very quiet, we slept well, and the breakfast was quite varied. I highly recommend it.
This is one of the better hotels I’ve ever stayed. It’s pretty luxurious but this is not reflected on the price. The staff are very friendly and genuine. The room was like a medium size apartment, with very nice and comfortable furniture and modern bath/toilet facilities. As a building, it’s like a palace. Very tall ceilings, spacious facilities and literally steps away from the landmark Diego Maradona...
Reasonably priced hotel situated directly across from the stadium. Functional and fine for our quick overnight stay before heading further down the coast.

Palazzo Caracciolo is a great place to stay right in the heart of Naples, perfectly located close to amenities and many traditional spots. The rooms were not the best. The beds were terrible. Roberta was the only staff member who made the stay Somewhat tolerable.
The property is quite spectacular, though the neighborhood is somewhat rough (garbage, traffic, laundry, etc…) There was no hot water in the shower, and the hot tub was out of service. Dining on the property was a fantastic experience. The staff were of average friendliness — nothing remarkable, but not bad either.

Free parking, far from public transportation, no restaurants nearby and quieter, less safe at night. The bathroom door is closed but it can't stop the water
