Amazing hotel with outstanding service. Everything was delicious, and the breakfasts were absolutely incredible. It's probably the tallest building in Naples, so the views from the windows are beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the downsides are also obvious: the room is too small; it was difficult to open even two 24-inch suitcases.

Sadly I have to offer only 3 stars. Service and location are great however the rooms needed renovating 15 years ago. It's in a sad state. Making it worse is the cost for the old room. Value not quite there anymore. I hope it's renovated at some point. It has charm and potential.

There is a handsome man at the front desk who speaks Chinese. He is very warm and sincere. He speaks Chinese fluently and adds a lot to this hotel. The breakfast restaurant has a nice environment and you can dine on the terrace. The food is also very good.

The restaurant is especially great value with 2 types of tourist menus, meat or seafood. We had meat that started with amazing gnocchi in tasty cheese/tomatoes sauce. My wife and I spent to days at Montespina Park Hotel relaxing by the pool. The pool was clean and at the perfect temperature. We lounged poolside with nice cocktails and lite food. This hotel is recommended by a friend in Naples. It is a bit far from the city center, but the No. 169 bus at the door goes directly to the city center. I can't praise the hotel's breakfast and facilities, but I can only say that they are just okay.
