It's a journey to get there, the town of Nocella sits high above Positano.. but well worth it when you wake up to the most stunning and expansive views. It's a quiet town, great for those looking to escape the mass cowds of tourists in lower amalfi. Wonderful service and large, bright suites- highly recommend.
I would recommend updated linens, and more clarity/instructions for later check-ins, as we were almost unable to check-in for the night due to arriving late. Some other guests let us in and called the manager to help us out :)

My wife and I stayed at the Villa for two nights. It's a beautiful villa, and talk about a room with a view -- our balcony view was stunning. The location offers the peace and quiet of Nocelle, but with great fine dining and pizza a short walk away. Also a short walk away is the Positano terminus of the spectacular "Path of the Gods" trail, which runs to Amalfi. Hiking the world class trail was the reason we chose to stay at the villa. Whether one wants to hike the trail or not, the Villa of the Gods is heavenly!
