We really enjoyed the cottage. It was super quiet. It wins the most pillows award in our month-long travels. Easy walk to town and hiking trails. We even had a BBQ one night. Great views as well. Staff was extremely helpful with local bus directions to Sorrento - glad we listened to them and did not drive.

The hotel staff was very accommodating to our needs especially arranging transportation to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Air conditioning was minimal and we had to open balcony doors at night in order to sleep comfortably. Overall would recommend staying at this property as it was high up in the hills and quiet.

The view is breathtaking! Lovely accommodations away from the busy town—shuttle bus is a fantastic service. Giovanni is a jewel and oh so accommodating! All staff were lovely and helpful. We would definitely stay again when in Sorrento. Thank you for lasting memories. I miss hearing the donkey already!

Lovely hotel high up above Sorrento town on route to Amalfi. The views from bed rooms (sea view) and pool area are stunning. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We Stayed in Villa Fiorita for 4 nights. The stuff is amazing, very helpful and going out of their way to help guests. The views are magnificent; we stayed for hours on a terrace overlooking Mount Vesuvius and the Bay of Sorrento. Breakfast was very good and rooms are clean. Valet parking was very convenient. This is a wonderful hotel. It's very clean and inviting. They serve a great complimentary breakfast every morning. This hotel is a Family run hotel that has lovely clean rooms that have far reaching views. The food is absolutely delicious and extremely well priced. Definitely worth a trip to eat in their restaurant if you are not staying at the hotel.

During our 2+ weeks in Italy, we stayed in Val di Funes, Venezia, Montepulciano, Roma, and Sorrento, and the Hotel Il Nido was our favorite stay of them all. Loved this charming hotel - owners and staff (Dino and Mary) were awesome - treated us like family! Shuttle to town was reliable and easy - dinner in the restaurant was one of the best we had in the entire area - views at breakfast were 5 star. I would absolutely recommend Il Nido and would stay here again in a heartbeat.!

This hotel has fantastic views, great breakfasts, fabulous dinners, and a bus that goes back and forth into Sorrento. This family run hotel employs a very nice and helpful staff that helps you navigate trips to Capri, Amalfi Coast, and Pompeii.

We booked at the last minute. We waited at the gate for about 20 minutes for the woman to show up. It was clean. The kitchen had nothing except a microwave, coffee pot and toaster. At first, we were amazed by the view of the Napoli bay, on one hand, and a bit disappointed by the room. The hotel is quite high up some seriously ending roads but a shuttle service is in use the whole day right up to 23.30 back from Sorrento town. very very nice staff that's why i give 5 star the view was incredible. Be prepared to see a lot of bugs if you have small children they might freak out. Walls are l paper thin and you can hear everything- be careful if traveling with children.

Staff and service were amazing, shuttle to Sorrento was a great inclusion as it’s too far and not safe to walk. No food onsite but a great restaurant next door. Drinks are available just make sure you bring snacks with you.

Highly Recommend!!! This hotel is in a great location about 15 minutes bus ride into the Centre of Sorrento. The hotel offers a shuttle bus which runs every hour until late! Great communication via WhatsApp really helped us find the hotel and pick up point of bus when we arrived in Sorrento! The a/c wasn't working when we arrived. They worked on it, but it wasn't cooling very well. Our last night the a/c froze up and leaked water on the floor which got our suitcase wet. Nothing was offered as compensation for not having a A/c our last night. We had to sleep with the windows open which made us feel vulnerable, and we didn't sleep well
