Hotel Iaccarino in Sant-Agata Sui Due Golfi

We have just returned from 4 nights staying at Jaccarino, where we celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary. The facilities were excellent. We had a superior sea view with balcony. The room was clean, well maintained, with a huge shower. The view from the balcony was mind blowing. We were given a bottle of fizz on arrival which was very much appreciated. The staff were welcoming and professional, nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel very special. The area was quiet and exactly what we wanted, but the shuttle bus meant that we could easily get into Sorrento to explore and access the ferry to Positano. Breakfast was high quality with a good variety, the ability to have omelette and panckaes cooked freshly was welcomed, fresh orange juice squeezed was delicious and the staff were very attentive. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and by the pool, to enjoy the beautiful weather. Pizza on the terrace was a lunchtime treat. The only area that was a disappointment was the evening food as mentioned in other reviews. We ate in on the second evening and were very disappointed with the quality of the food. It seems weird that a hotel that apparently started as a restaurant is not making more effort on evening meals. We would definitely return to this little slice of paradise.

We have just returned from a relaxing break at this fabulous hotel. Although the hotel had only just opened for the season everything ran smoothly from start to finish. A special mention of the girls on reception who offered invaluable snippets of local knowledge- thank you Raffaella for all your help and recommendations. All the breakfast, bar and housekeeping were so friendly. The shuttle bus into town made sightseeing so much more manageable - glad we didn’t miss out on this wonderful tucked away town. We hope to come back one day when the weather is kinder to us!

A clean and friendly hotel with plenty of charm and character. Ilaria was so helpful with all the questions, walking to the Monastry and down to Sorrento. Made full use of the shuttle bus into Sorrento and ate in the village 2 minutes walk away. Would definitely come back.

Amazing Hotel and Staff. We chose to hire a car, car park just nice and easy. Entrance to hotel clean tidy and welcoming. RECEPTION very welcoming, clean bright and airy, receptionist Ilaria, AMAZING - helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, along with Michael, the whole staff , inc house keeping first class. We had room 51 & 57, both with amazing views across the bay. spotlessly clean, very well furnished., well stocked mini bar, clean towels daily. Breakfast had a very good selection of cold meats, cheese, pastries and plentiful, staff very polite and professional. Pool looked inviting, although we did not use it, nice to sit on the terrance with a drink with a stunning view., If you are looking for a hotel , tucked away with amazing views, impecable staff, spotlessly clean and very good value for money, look no further. Highly recommendable, you will not be disappointed, *****

Due to airline issues, we arrived at about 3AM, however the hotel provided all of us with some food on arrival. The food and staff were great during our stay. The general areas of the hotel are very well done. The basic room is just that, with the furniture basically getting in the way. For example we did not have direct access to the wardrobe. However (and more importantly), did nothing to detract from our enjoyment of our weeks stay.

Lovely hotel with fabulous views over the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Village just behind the hotel with good selection of shops and restaurants. Free shuttle bus to Sorrento. Friendly and efficient staff. Great selection of food for breakfast. Lunch and dinner menus good.

What can I say,amazing time at this family owned hotel.nothing corporate about it .All staff were a pleasure from Susie house keeping to Marco and staff restaurant what a team I'm hopeless at remembering names so please forgive me, reception were lovely pool guy from Sri Lanka. Breakfast, plenty for everyone likes ,evening menus good choice.Views to die for,free shuttle to Sorrento and lovely small town to walk to in 5 minutes or less.Spotless grounds,rooms everywhere you went .Thank you and never change .❤️

We stayed here for 3 nights, all the staff we met were friendly. We asked for a pool room which wasn't available until our second night, the hotel arranged to move our belongings and we had lovely views from our second night, although room 88 is not for people who have walking difficulties as there is no lift and spiral stairs. Breakfast was good we was able to order omelettes. Free parking which was convenient for our rental. We dined one evening on the set menu, food was nice.

We stopped at this Amazing Hotel recently where I proposed to my fiancée on the balcony of our beautiful room The views are simply breath taking, the pool and terrace and communal areas and food were simply gorgeous, but what makes this hotel so special is the staff, every member of staff we met were so friendly and polite and helpful it was a joy I can’t remember all their names but we would like to thank in particular thank , Ilaria, Marta, and Paolo for making our stay a memory we will never forget We will definitely be back x
