What an amazing experience! I booked an Airbnb that was not ideal and made this booking last minute. I liked it so much I stayed an extra day! So convenient, every single person that helped us was amazing and close to everything. I think I’m dove with Airbnb’s from now on. Beautiful property!

Location location location this is a great place to stay close to so many great places to visit like Positano for example. Daniella goes the extra mile to help you with everything and from here you can go everywhere if you want to.

Enjoyed a week's stay here, but expected more of a 4-star hotel. The room was spotlessly clean but basic and not that functional - it lacked storage space with only a wardrobe, which, although provided plenty of hanging space, had no drawers or shelving. My wife and I stayed here for 3 days on our honey and we would definitely recommend. The room and pool views are spectacular. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt accommodated. Transportation from the hotel to the Sorrento bus station was included and also very reliable. A big thank you to the staff for making our honeymoon experience enjoyable!

The location is very pretty high up but you need to take a shuttle which runs every hour and 15 minutes so not very easy. There is young lady at the front desk that does not seem to want to do her job regarding helping guests. They went into our rooms even after informing them not to do so. This is a great hotel with a beautiful view over the bay of Naples, an excellent restaurant and wonderful staff. However, it is spoiled by an apparent reliance on American tour groups which arrive in hordes, act as if they own the place and are generally rude, loud and arrogant.

Location is just outside sorrento, but the hotel have a shuttle bus which takes you into sorrento and returns back, beautiful hotel. We paid handsomely for a sea view and got it. The view was magnificent the room was kept clean, although room amenities like soap and bottled water were sparingly dispensed. The photos were pretty, but when I actually went there, it was just like a motel. The location was remote and humid, so I barely managed to stay one night and leave.

The hotel is quite old, the rooms are very small, barely large enough for two people to squeeze in and out at the same time, the facilities are outdated, and the cleanliness is poor, which is very unsatisfactory. Firstly, there were bloodstains on the pillows, and secondly, the trash can in the bathroom was full of the previous guest's garbage, indicating the hotel cleaning staff hadn't cleaned it...

If you are coming here for the Jacuzzi don't bother. They dont heat it, and will gaslight you to think that a jacuzzi is supposed to be cold. Other than that, the kitchen staff were great, the room was clean but every room only accommodating for two people including only two chairs on the small balcony.

The breakfast was amazing, unfortunately, the rooms are small but very clean. Overall great stay. It’s very close to the train station, which makes it a perfect location. But at the same time, because of the location it doesn’t have great views. It has 2 pools, they close at around 6 pm, which is early. And both of them are small.

What a place! 5 minute walk to the piazza and 2 minute walk to the station. The facilities are excellent and everywhere is spotlessly clean. The staff from check in to check out was friendly helpful and on top of all of your needs. They provide a complimentary shuttle to the main area where you can find shops and restaurants. We stayed @la pergola for 5 nights from September 13 it was great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall I give it a 9 out of 10. We were disappointed. Bath had one light which dimly lit. What 4 star location has plastic glasses in the bathroom. Extra charges for clean pool towels seemed excessive. Staff was friendly. Had a lovely time at the hotel and it was a very good base for exploring Pompeii and Herculaneum with the station only 5minutes walk. Hotel grounds are beautiful with lots of citrus trees and a play area for children. Staff are all lovely and polite. It was a nice stay at Hotel Tourist. The room was clean and comfortable. It is located about a 5 min walk from the train station and about a 10 min walk to the main town center. A good breakfast is provided each morning. The only issue I can report is that they had turned off the air conditioning unit which includes the fan so you were not able to control that from your room as it showed on the screen...

Great location 350m from train station. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and grocery. Breakfast included was nice. Bathroom had mould in shower but it is humid time of year.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Staff super friendly. Room was good. My only issue, I dropped a slice of pizza on the sheets and the next day when they cleaned the room, they didn’t switch out the sheet! That’s unacceptable, in my opinion. Our room was a lovely size, very light, nice size balcony. Clean there was meant to be 2 single beds, fortunately it was a bed they could seperate, as only slight mistake! Breakfast you could have a cooked breakfast, or a continental, personally found the bacon quite greasy, and scrambled egg didnt look so appetising. But enough variety, staff were all friendly and helpful, would go here again.

The room was clean, the hotel is away from busy streets so not much road noise. 15-20 minute walk from main town square so great location. The staff were very helpful and polite, parking was free and easy and safe away from the road. We would definitely recommend and would return to the hotel for future stays.

Great location 10 mins walk from the main square - we had a great stay. Would have loved a kettle in room - only thing missing for us. Ate in restaurant on first night and food was good. Beautiful clean room, spacious and modern. All in all great stay.
