If you are coming here for the Jacuzzi don't bother. They dont heat it, and will gaslight you to think that a jacuzzi is supposed to be cold. The breakfast was amazing, unfortunately, the rooms are small but very clean. Overall great stay. It’s very close to the train station, which makes it a perfect location. But at the same time, because of the location it doesn’t have great views. It has 2 pools, they close at around 6 pm, which is early. And both of them are small.

What a place! 5 minute walk to the piazza and 2 minute walk to the station. The facilities are excellent and everywhere is spotlessly clean. My wife and I stayed here for 3 days on our honey and we would definitely recommend. The room and pool views are spectacular. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt accommodated. Transportation from the hotel to the Sorrento bus station was included and also very reliable. A big thank you to the staff for making our honeymoon experience enjoyable!

The location is very pretty high up but you need to take a shuttle which runs every hour and 15 minutes so not very easy. There is young lady at the front desk that does not seem to want to do her job regarding helping guests. They went into our rooms even after informing them not to do so. This is a great hotel with a beautiful view over the bay of Naples, an excellent restaurant and wonderful staff. However, it is spoiled by an apparent reliance on American tour groups which arrive in hordes, act as if they own the place and are generally rude, loud and arrogant.

We had a weeklong stay at Angelina and absolutely loved the hotel its amenities, location and views of the citrus garden from our balcony, Marco and Luisa are super friendly and very helpful with planning the trips. We were disappointed. Bath had one light which dimly lit. What 4 star location has plastic glasses in the bathroom. Extra charges for clean pool towels seemed excessive. Staff was friendly. The hotel was very nice, but there were some issues. There was some exceptional staff members that went above and beyond; Angelo in the dining room and Carmen and Joseph at reception. Location is just outside sorrento, but the hotel have a shuttle bus which takes you into sorrento and returns back, beautiful hotel. We paid handsomely for a sea view and got it. The view was magnificent the room was kept clean, although room amenities like soap and bottled water were sparingly dispensed. The staff from check in to check out was friendly helpful and on top of all of your needs. They provide a complimentary shuttle to the main area where you can find shops and restaurants. This hotel has been amazing!! could not recommend enough! the rooms are nice with a gorgeous balcony view, the rooftop is insanely gorgeous, the breakfast has so many options from delicious desserts to eggs and homemade bread, and the staff has been nothing but helpful!! is a bit of a walk from downtown sorrento, about 15/20 mins, but we preferred being a little bit further as it’s less crowded!

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. Close to Sorrento old town and more local dining options.

Nice hotel, great breakfast. Beds were comfortable, nice pool area, close to downtown Sorrento. Staff was extremely helpful.

Really lovely place to stay. Fairly central, (which means that it's on a busy road, but double glazing and AC sorts that). The pool is really good, we didn't try the fitness suite but I'm sure that's good too. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more!

Free breakfast was excellent, clean rooms and lobby. 20-30 minute walk from Sorrento center, I’ve seen better pools, gym closed on Sunday’s.

Our stay at Hotel Central Wellness was absolutely perfect. Everything was spotless, well organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout. The amenities were great, and the breakfast was a highlight — fresh fruits and one of the best spreads we've had. No doubt, it's an excellent option for anyone staying in Sorrento!

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a joy - being served rather than having a buffet - by staff who went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. The views from the terrace were fantastic.

The hotel experience in Sorrento was the best experience of this European trip. The scenery and service were very good. The Michelin one-star restaurant experience was great. Of course, the best experience was to have breakfast overlooking the bay every morning, which was very pleasant.

We originally wanted to stay on the island, but later we were advised to stay in Sorrento, so we made a hasty decision. We were a little worried at first, but when we got to the hotel, we were so happy. The location and scenery were so great! If you want to visit the Amalfi coastline, I really recommend staying in Sorrento. It's much quieter than Positano and Amalfi. I strongly recommend walking to...
