This property was the only place along the Amalfi Coast that felt personal, friendly, and professional. We are a family of four but we were only given two cups and they were not replaced or washed until we asked for them too. We were charged 20 euros to go in the pool for a total of 30 minutes. The breakfast was very limited but also very tasty. The chefs were extremely helpful as well as kind.Overall ok.

This Hotel is good for most travelers to stay And it's room is clean but furniture is old. The second transportation is not convenient from Sorrento there is Sita bus, 5070 route the end stop is NeranoCantone. €1.50 one way. But have to check the schedule. Tiny showers but otherwise we had a nice stay. Bus goes to Sorento but if you’re a taxi person it’s 50 euros on average. Everybody has their own price.

My experience here was amazing. Great dervice by the piantas and a great beach view outside. The fruit was also amazing here in the hotel lobby. The rooms are also very nice to stay in. Absolutely stunning hotel built into the cliff side, worth paying extra for the Seaview rooms as you wake up overlooking the island of Capri. We stayed for 3 nights, fantastic rooms, breakfast and facilities in a beautiful quiet area on the Amalfi coast but close to local restaurants and nearby towns and attractions. The staff were super helpful in all respects, we will return!

This hotel is well worth the trip. Gorgeous views and a spa feel to the whole place. The rooms are modern and spacious. Good selection of high quality food for breakfasts. A convenient shuttle to and from take us to Sorrento (on their schedule) and the staff was always eager to help. I loved the infinity pool that overlooked the sea and and sunsets.

Second stay, and probably not our last! Second time we've stayed here. This stay was just as good as the first. The staff are so friendly helpful and attentive. The food is amazing and a fantastic selection of reasonably priced ones.

The hotel is located in a remote area. You need to use the hotel's free shuttle service. If you walk, you need to walk 15 minutes downhill to the hotel. The shuttle service goes to and from the nearby parking lot and bus station. The waiting time was half an hour during the morning rush hour.

The hotel has beautiful scenery, the front desk reception is also very friendly, and breakfast can be packed. The room is clean and tidy, but the hotel is a bit difficult to find on the mountain road, but you should be able to call the hotel to pick up and drop off from the parking lot.

Beautiful Relaxing Hotel Beautiful place to stay and amazing base for exploring the region. Our stay was the final stop of our honeymoon and was the absolute best way to end it! The staff is incredible, the complementary breakfast is delicious and the amenities are clean. I came here with my mom and we got one of the bigger rooms with a balcony looking over the water. The stay was nice and quiet. Would appreciate some information about Ferry’s and Tours, we spent 3 days there without a way to get out and found out our last day there was a tour boat to the Amalfi coast which would have changed our experience. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the pillows were rock hard, the 2 couples staying with us all had sore backs and necks.

The a/c wasn't working when we arrived. They worked on it, but it wasn't cooling very well. Our last night the a/c froze up and leaked water on the floor which got our suitcase wet. Nothing was offered as compensation for not having a A/c our last night. We had to sleep with the windows open which made us feel vulnerable, and we didn't sleep well

Il Chiostro, a former monastery is a 75 euro taxi ride outside Sorrento, at least that is what we were charged. Maria is very helpful and friendly but be aware, there is no bus service to the Relais and it is a 600 metre steep uphill walk from the main road. Impossible if you have luggage. The only practical way to get to Sorrento is by bus walking down and up the hill unless you rent a car or scooter...

This was one of the highlights of our 10 day tour of Italy. Antonio, the manager, was exceptionally friendly and engaging. The converted monastery was beautifully renovated and very comfortable. This is a perfect base to visit Sorrento and/or ferry to the Amalfi coast or Capri.

Beautiful area near Cantone beach very well known area and quite expensive. Chalets on campsite that is spread out, tun huts cones to mind. Not great too small, very basic, lacking basic essentials, high up lots of steps, WiFi useless. Would not go again. Wonderful experience for our family. It was quiet during the week and not crowded. The bungalow was spacious with all the amenities one could need. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Market was well stocked and the takeaway pizza was great after a long day on the water. We all had an amazing time and we will be back!

Amazing location with sight on hills, the town and the sea. Great sunrises at the sea and sunsets behind the hills. An additional restaurant is next to the hotel (1min.). The staff is very nice and courteous. We have been well advised about possible local activities. Special thanks to Caterina for her engagement.

Beautiful property, big rooms and kitchens. Clean and well maintained. Near a beautiful hike. No desk service throughout the day though which made it difficult to check in. Not bus/transit friendly - even getting a cab to come here from sorrento was difficult. 20 mins walk to a grocery store.

Gialsomina fed us very good breakfast with plums from her yard and her own home made preserves. They have a nice pool and a couple of picturesque small villages within walking distance.
