Very nice hotel as you would expect from Hilton. The people were friendly and the accomodations were 1st. Class. Good location, just a short walk into town especially if you take the hidden ally behind the gate at the end of the street. The only minor issue was there was some noise during the day from renovations at the hotel. It's a minor trade off to have properly maintained accomodations.

My room had one of the most beatiful views ever. Shutter trip to Sorrento were very convenient and on time. Service at the front desk did everything possible to facilitate day trips to several places. Everything on time. I felt like everything was taylored for me.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Do yourself a favor and get a room with a balcony, the view is incredible. Loved this place, breakfast delightful, location was perfect. Didn’t like not having a window; price should have been adjusted.

Although the hotel is not the fanciest hotel in the area, the stay was pleasant. The breakfast was a wonderful. Room was small but cleaned everyday. The location is closed to the main square with great restaurants, great shopping, close to taxi stand, train and buses.

We loved our stay at the Villaggio Verde. We stayed in one of the cabins and couldn't be more happier with our stay. Pool area was a nice and relaxating environmental and well maintained with a little pool bar on entrance. The only downside about our stay was the amount of mosquitos, but that cannot be helped. Just come back from a 5 night stay and we absolutely loved our stay. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, the hotel itself is good. The hotel is quite old, the rooms are very small, barely large enough for two people to squeeze in and out at the same time, the facilities are outdated, and the cleanliness is poor, which is very unsatisfactory. If you are coming here for the Jacuzzi don't bother. They dont heat it, and will gaslight you to think that a jacuzzi is supposed to be cold. The breakfast was amazing, unfortunately, the rooms are small but very clean. Overall great stay. It’s very close to the train station, which makes it a perfect location. But at the same time, because of the location it doesn’t have great views. It has 2 pools, they close at around 6 pm, which is early. And both of them are small.

What a place! 5 minute walk to the piazza and 2 minute walk to the station. The facilities are excellent and everywhere is spotlessly clean. The location is very pretty high up but you need to take a shuttle which runs every hour and 15 minutes so not very easy. This is a great hotel with a beautiful view over the bay of Naples, an excellent restaurant and wonderful staff. However, it is spoiled by an apparent reliance on American tour groups which arrive in hordes, act as if they own the place and are generally rude, loud and arrogant.

Room was big, we had a balcony looking over the beautiful gardens. The cliff location was amazing with incredible views, sunsets, etc...

The property and hospitality was absolutely unmatched. Fantastic experience and would come back in a heartbeat.
