Our room was in need of a bit of maintenance however the view from the balcony was brilliant, we were facing the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The main issue with this hotel was the fact even though guests ordered their choice for dinner at breakfast so had all day to prepare for dinner they couldn't handle guests with allergies or special dietary needs, in our group there was a pescatarian, an egg allergy and a dairy allergy the hotel made no effort to replace any dessert with friendlier ingredients but merely offered fruit. The staff were friendly enough and the bonus was that the hotel provided a shuttle down to Sorrento but did stop for "siesta" time.

Cannot say enough about our 2 week stay at the Grand Hermitage. This was our second stay with them and once again we were so impressed and happy with the care and service provided by all staff - especially William and Gloria. There wasn't anything they wouldn't or couldn't do for you. They are our family now and we will visit again without hesitation. Thank you so very, very much ❤❤

Our 4th visit to this wonderful hotel. The location is great with the most amazing views. Such a stunning part of Italy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Food is yummy. Time flies at Hotel Hermitage! Happy to have found this little gem. Hope to return many more times.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, pool and stunning views. Rooms were clean. Location is great to escape the business of Sorrento, and the hotel provided shuttle is convenient to get into the city.
