My heart sunk when I went to my room. My room was on the 6th floor and there was a very noisy family a couple of rooms down so there was constant noise from door banging and chatter. The room was very gloomy, the bedspread was old and discoloured. I decided not to stay and found a hotel room elsewhere.

This is one of the best stays I ve had ever so far.The receptionist is so kind and helpful with his smiling face.The place is so roomy,top clean,close to all the historic piazzas,shopping and restaurants.I certainly advise to all customers to come and stay here,it is more luxurious,cleaner than a hotel and again thanks for the smiling face and the helpfullness of the gentleman receiving you.Spectacular place.
