Hotel is conveniently located, about 9 mins walk to the train station and about the same time to Piazza Maggiore. The rooms are clean and of good size. I appreciated the small outdoor patio space. What made the stay above and beyond, is the care and politeness of the staff across housekeeping and the front desk - in particular Pasquel. I had travel issues with flight delays, cancellations and lost baggage, and arrived late. Yet Pasquel was understanding, offered breakfast when it's past the time and was very empathetic and accommodating.

Hotel is conveniently located five minute walk to train station, main tourist attractions and shops. Aldi market right around corner adds to convenience. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Complementary breakfast was good with variety of fresh fruits and pastries. Staff were friendly and nice.

Horribly overpriced depressing small place. I booked a room on Booking where the price for one night for one person was 34 euros although they added that "additional charges may apply". But little did I think that they would charge me 90 euros for one night ( plus taxes of course ). I arrived around 11pm and the room was cold. There were tiles on the floor, there was no carpet, no slippers of course, I had to walk barefoot on the cold floor. Guests are given a wifi password but the wifi doesn't work at all. No toiletries except for a shower gel and a shower cap. They don't have a bar ( I didn't expect a frigobar ) they don't have anything. I don't understand why it's a 3 - star hotel, it should be maximum 2 stars.

Nice city hotel
Nice hotel in an old building, so you can hear the neighbours. Not fancy, but we did not expect it to be, so it work perfectly for us.

Great value for a stay in Bologna. Excellent location in the middle of everything with some nice cafes on that street. Staff was also very nice, and the room was cleaned every day.

Staff were friendly and the room was perfect for 3 of us for the night. Very nice breakfast that was included with our stay. Easy walk to train station and to center of town.

The place is very convenient in the very Center of the ancient city. It is close to all attractions of Bologna.

Very nice hotel, located at just 10 min walk from the central station and the city center, in an old but recently refurbished building. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the fact that beds were very comfortable. The amenities were very good, with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast did not offer many options to choose from, but it had everything you needed for a good start of the day. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
