Receptionist was very friendly (13.10. Afternoon). Free parking
Keeping the price in mind:
Single room was spacious.
It smelled like the previous guest smoked inside. Bathroom very small. Couldn't close the shower cabin. Bathroom tiles and shower head were moldy. Room was poorly soundproofed. Heard the maid working in front of my door at 8 o'clock. And of course the street noise.

The staffs were friendly, parking is possible& free&secured, located the center of the city, breakfast was plausible.

I was extremely disappointed by the lack of basic service at this hotel. When I asked the front desk to help me order a taxi — a simple request that any hotel should be able to handle — they flat-out refused. There was no attempt to offer an alternative, no effort to assist, and the staff’s attitude was indifferent and unhelpful. I ended up having to sort it out myself at the last minute, which was stressful and completely unnecessary. For a hotel that claims to provide hospitality, this was unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here if you expect even the most basic level of service.

I was accommodated at this hotel for 3 days.
The rooms facing the main road are very noisy, the one at the back are ok.
If it rains there is leaking water very badly in the rooms in the 2nd floor.
When you go to bed you must have an umbrella with you.
I was disturbed a lot and there was zero initiative from management.
I would give less stars but because of the friendly staff, I will give 3*.

The hotel is very well located - close to bus stops, not far from the old town, and also not too far from the venue we visited. The rooms are unfortunately very noisy; we could hear the neighbors shouting and banging things at night. You hear everything through the walls. The breakfast had almost no vegan options, which was disappointing. One time, after cleaning, the room door was left open, which shouldn’t happen. Still, overall it was a positive experience.

Very easy location. Rooms are big but old style. Very clean. The location of the hotel is the best since it's 20min walking from the center and it also has a small parking area for free. Nice and easy to stay including a good breakfast

Personally I liked it, the room was comfortable, private shower even though it's a bit small you can move the shower doors to make it feel bigger and also the staff was very nice and helpful. When I arrived they hadn't received my reservation yet, but as I showed them the confirmation mail I received, they let me have a room 👍

Really nice and almost family friendly hotel, clean, good buffet .. No excesses and where all the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. But especially at reception. Mr Idris ... we recommend places not for tourists and I try to have a taxi always ready pasta go to cersaie ...... sincerely a 10..excellent work

Really good hotel in bologna!! I stayed here for 5 days, you have to walk a bit but the prize is really good. The rooms were clean and very quiet.

All I know about this hotel is that they haven't paid their workers for the last two months.
