Good food
Super helpful and courteous staff. Room cleaning improved. We booked at the last moment for 6 days at the end of August. It was one of the best all-inclusive offers. We were looking for a family hotel for holidays with 2 and 5 year old children, but we didn't take advantage of the entertainment. Perhaps for the little ones you can make a better choice, but for a 3-star not in the central area (Valverde) I would say that the general service corresponds to expectations. Very good and varied food, little choice of desserts at meals.
We stayed as a family at the end of July 2022, when we arrived the welcome was not the best and no welcome drink.
The room, located on the fifth floor of the building with the small pool, had a separate room but it is a pity that the air conditioner was only in the main room.
The common parts are renovated and well maintained, the floor of the room is also recent like the bathroom but the furniture is broken and the wardrobe without shelves or hangers is not functional for 4 people.
The balcony has been dirty all week and there was a dead plant in the pot who knows how long. A thread or a drying rack would have been needed to hang out the towels and swimwear.
Breakfast is normal but in lunch and dinner the dishes are very messy and greasy, fresh vegetables full of vinegar and unripe fruit.
In times of Covid it is not very sure that all people use the same tongs to take the dishes from the buffet and there are no disinfectants in the room, otherwise the waiting staff use the masks correctly.
A note of merit to the head of the room who very well helps newcomers by putting them at ease and who always does his utmost for the needs of his customers.
The water of the small pool was very clean and crystalline but of the large one it was too cloudy and in some places there were black spots and the tiles were a little slippery, perhaps there was a need for more careful maintenance.
Unfortunately we had to leave a day in advance because our daughter had a gastroenteritis which fortunately was not Covid, however for the unused services we were not refunded anything.

A very nice and clean hotel.
The location is fantastic. All rooms have sea views.
The breakfast is varied and delicious.
The pool is very clean and well-maintained. Rooms are cleaned daily, and towels and sheets are changed. The rooms are a little small but enough.

made a last minute booking for my son and I to stay at this hotel for the weekend as we are in italy travelling around. Specifically booked a twin room which they accepted but when we got there it was a double. To say the manager could not give a damn would be a massive understatement. Had to ask for extra bedding as they just couldnt or wouldn't come up with any solution to the problem. Then the one morning I was downstairs working early and asked if I could get a coffee at 7:45 to be told that breakfast is from 8 - fair enough I can wait 15 minutes within the next 5 minutes loads of people sat at their tables eating breakfast seemingly the 8 am embargo only applied to me 😂

A great location with beautiful sea view, in the middle of the hustle and bustle of life but in a quiet location. The hotel is kept clean at all times and the staff work in a coordinated and well organized system. They are friendly and treat even the most problematic guests with patience and dedication. Service is fast and accurate. The cuisine is excellent, quality and plentiful. All services are excellent, the beach is tidy and clean. Thanks to all the hotel staff for their hard work and smiles.

What a scam ! Please read my review and aviod this hotel if you can.
We have paid for 2 days all inclusive option.
On arrival they have advised us,that we need to decide the meals straight away.
6 choices and you can choose max 2 options plus one desert.
We didn’t like the menu at all,plus when have asked for a coffee for a dinner,they said the coffee is extra.
On all inclusive vacation…
We wanted to leave first night,they have advised us,that we cannot as we would loose all the money.
Hotel has advised us,that we can contact the booking and we can change the all inclusive option to bed and breakfast.
So we did.
The receptionist has asked for our bank details,so they will send our money back,but of course they have not.
Booking is asking us to contact the property,but the property is not responding…
Please,if you want to go for a nice vacation,book something else,not this hotel…

Hotel very well maintained and is right on the beach. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great! Pool perfect! We like to come back again and again!
