I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations — the room was clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall service was of excellent quality.
The staff was professional and friendly, and Melissa at the reception stood out for her kindness and helpful attitude.
I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely return.

We came here 3 times in 2025. This is one of our favourite hotels in the area. We loved our room with sea view (in the main building). Mealtimes, food is self-service and is always fresh and hot with plenty of choice. Reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly. The free soft drinks during the day are a nice touch, as well as the Sunday aperitif and musical evenings. The only negative issue we had was guests leaving towels on multiple sunbeds then leaving the hotel for hours. 2024 the pool attendant was very proactive in preventing this practice, but in 2025 most beds were already blocked before breakfast (and towels were not removed). This meant we spent much less time in the pool than we wanted - which was a shame as the entertainment team was very good. I give overall 5 stars, trusting the sunbed issue will be rectified for 2026.

We spent a long weekend in the main hotel. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent with a choice of first and second courses made with quality ingredients. The spezzatino and risotto were particularly good. The dessert night by the pool and the Sunday aperitivo were nice touches. All the staff was kind and attentive. The pool is clean and well maintained and the beach is only a few minutes away. We plan to return.

We are habitual guests of Michael Hotels (Tridentum and Silver) so we thought we would try this one. We loved it! The pool is the nicest in the area. The pool attendant was very effective (and diplomatic) in collecting towels put down by those guests who reserve sunbeds then disappear for hours. This ensured there were always beds available for all guests physically present. He also had a great playlist of summer music. The food was high quality with plenty of choice and the spezzatino was the best I have ever had in a hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient (special call out to Salvatore in the dining room). The hotel also organised some pleasant activities in the evening (most hotels in the areas do not). The rooms were modern, clean and well serviced. The beach we were allocated was nearby and well managed. On check-out we were given bottled water for the trip home. What’s not to like? We will definitely return.

Check in
Can be done online. We had paid for a room with a sea view, after complaining we were informed without apology that they did not have a free room with a sea view. We got a room with a view of the rooftops.
Room
Smaller with balcony. We traveled with 2 children, the room is sufficient for 2 adults. Cleaning every day, fine. The safe in the room is only for a fee and also with a key, not a code. Air conditioning included in the price.
All inclusive
Breakfast, lunch, dinner always buffet, drinks and coffee at breakfast, only water and wine at lunch and dinner. Breakfasts are the same every day and mostly sweet, uneaten leftovers are given to the pool in the afternoon. Lunches change, dinners are excellent. Drinks by the pool from Postmix.
Service
In the dining room, the staff and cooks deserve praise. They are not very helpful at the reception, only some of them can speak English. The animation for children is not very intense and takes place only for a while during the day.
Hotel
The other guests were very noisy, letting the children run and scream in the corridor even around midnight - I don't blame the hotel. Soundproofing is bad, you can hear snoring from neighboring rooms.
Parking
We had included. It was unpleasant when an Italian guest (Hyundai - FP 520ZD) crashed my car and drove away from the parking lot. The hotel refused to comment on this, not even telling me the name of the guest. He only offered me compensation with a deductible of EUR 1000.
Beach
Although the hotel is 100 m from the beach, umbrellas are provided on another beach, approx. 400 m away.

We stayed in this hotel for a week, we found ourselves very well, excellent cuisine (compliments to the chef and Cristian), clean rooms, very courteous staff starting from the reception with Sabrina, Melissa etc ... to the concierge Zeni and all the girls and boys present in structure. Congratulations to the very polite and professional lifeguard Riccardo, congratulations to the driver Emanuele for his kindness and to the waiter Dimitri for his seriousness and courtesy ... unfortunately The only negative note was a problem with the waiter Andrea for his unprofessional attitude. Thank you to all the rest of the staff for this holiday.

On this hotel we stay 10days (june 18)we never turning back again, my son didn't eat correct, every time you ask the food the child, they are not possible to do for nothing, just only pasta Bianco and risotto Bianco 😡 on this hotel they said it's for family, but it's not true, the food also is not good, 😖🤮🤮🤮"we Cook better" the breakfast is not what to expect when you are in vacation, the food in buffet always same other are old, they gave you the fruit just like for baby, 1 piece, not just like the other hotel that they gave the correct service. The room we stay always dirty. I don't know how the others gave the vote for "5 stelle".
