Duca Di Kent in Cesenatico

On this hotel we stay 10days (june 18)we never turning back again, my son didn't eat correct, every time you ask the food the child, they are not possible to do for nothing, just only pasta Bianco and risotto Bianco 😡 on this hotel they said it's for family, but it's not true, the food also is not good, 😖🤮🤮🤮"we Cook better" the breakfast is not what to expect when you are in vacation, the food in buffet always same other are old, they gave you the fruit just like for baby, 1 piece, not just like the other hotel that they gave the correct service. The room we stay always dirty. I don't know how the others gave the vote for "5 stelle".

Awful experience. We were in the dependance, wich level was really far from the one a three stars hotel should have.

There was a problem with the reservation through booking, a lord in case he called and was able to delete my booking... After several rounds, contacting the booking that the hotel seemed to be resolved... Probably I was wrong... Arrived in the structure, I discover that I have been waiting for, and that, therefore, there were no rooms ready, the guy at the front desk then went to approntarne. We went to our room and first impression was good, but during the night we discovered several flaws... Including the lack of soundproofing between rooms, a towel clearly 'used'(dirty) and now time to go to sleep, a small spot of pee on the sheets and blood on the pillow(I asked in the reception at 9 a sheet to replace it by myself... I was told that I would have brought in the room, at 10: 30 are collapsed from sleep and I fell asleep without a sheet, sleeping two in the space of one. I want to believe that it's a beautiful place and we were very unlucky... But my experience has been unfortunately negative.

We have a dog and we chose this Hotel because
"Pets allowed". Let's go for breakfast (fortunately the only thing we as a service) and with great unkindness, we are told that dogs are not allowed.
"Parking included" is unfortunately full though! and then we had to look for parking in the street (blue stripes between the other almost everywhere)
"You can go in the pool, however, find an angle that does not irritate you because you have the dog," no time to place the towels and the lifeguard invites us to take because the dog is a problem! We have proposed the garden where the children play.
"Economy room"..very bad and not clean. Stairs with carpet reception.
Staff very active and helpful.

Fortunately, it is very beautiful and the time spent in the room it's own little
