Hotel Jole in Cesenatico

We just finished a one week stay at this
Hotel as a family of 3 and had a fantastic time. We had a triple room with plenty of room for us all and a spacious balcony too. We were pleasantly surprised with how close we were to the beach (only a 10 minute walk and umbrellas included in the hotel price which for August I thought was very good!) We did unfortunately have a small issue with ants in our room but the hotel staff were attentive and our cleaning lady was superb. We especially appreciated her towel art! Our little one William also fell in love with Rocky, the hotel’s loveable dog! The hotels best asset by far is the restaurant and waiting staff and restaurant manager who were all adaptable, friendly and definitely the favourite part of our holiday for our one year old food lover! They always went above and beyond from excellent service to personal touches such as bringing out our little William’s favourite fruit! Not to mention the food was DELICIOUS and there was plenty of choice for a fish lover, a non fish lover, and a small child! Thank you for such a wonderful stay and I’m sure we will be returning in the future!

It was one of the cheapest options, fairly close to the beach (10minutes walk), in a quiet surrounding, we found free parking around the hotel, checkin was smooth: they sent a link for self-checkin, however personal checkin has an extra price!!!!!
There was a small fridge in the room, air conditioning was working ok, wifi was good, the room was cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and waiters always attentive.
I am not sure why the booking is now cancelled we stayed there for 9 nights, we booked a room with balcony but got a room with no balcony, the breakfast was the same every morning, mainly sweets, salami, ham and prosciutto with one cheese, no variation at all, no vegetables. We were staying there with a friend having gluten and lactose intolerance and the special menu costs extra 10 euros, but practically got an omelette, it does not justify the price. I know people are hard to satisfy but still, not eating carbs or keeping a low carb breakfast was impossible.

We stayed for 4 nights at hotel jole and is one of the best places I stayed in Italy. The variety of cakes, pastries, juices, fruits, drinks they have for breakfast is outstanding, they also prepare scramble eggs if you request them. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The majority is young but very competent and helpful. They have a place where you can hire bikes for free. All hotel is super clean and with great sunlight. We will definitely go back to hotel jole. And it's very but very close to the beach.

Exactly what you can expect from a 3 star hotel, nothing more and nothing less.
Clean rooms, very friendly staff, delicious and varied food and good location near the beach.
We had no complaints at all and had a great time here.
I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Absolutely amazing place to stay in. The first thing you will notice is how young most of the staff are. Super competent, professionals, friendly staff. So great to see a business giving the young people opportunity to show their talent. The kitchen staff super helpful and proactive,always kept restocking the food. We asked for eggs and they made great eggs for us. The hotel is spacious, lots of breeze coming from all the doors and windows. Air conditioning is full blast, super cold if you want it too. Nice bathroom ,super comfy mattresses, super comfy pillows. For me that have problems sleeping in a bed that isn't mine, I found the mattress 5 star. Everything is clean, smells great. The cleaning ladies are super sweet too. The hotel provides bikes if you want to ride. There are probably 20 bikes all in perfect condition and so smooth to ride them. And it's free. The breakfast is spectacular,lots of cakes, pasties, croissants. My family will for sure go back to stay on joke because we loved our experience.the hotel is in great location is one block from the beach. There are restaurants,bus stop. Bust to the train station, ask the receptionist and they can help with that information.

The hotel is basic, with ok amenities and good position. Breakfast is very basic too.

A price of €50 per night would be a fair fee.

We booked during an event weekend and the price was >120€ which is definitely not ok for this type of structure.
