First comment before taking my review too seriously - I went here 26 years ago as a teenager so things might have changed since. It was a school trip and I shared a room with my school mates - so there must have been fairly big rooms as we were were a group of five. Maybe my memory fails me but I think the hotel was conveniently located for Florence attractions. They gave us food too - simple Italian fayre I think which I actually ate - so must have been ok as I was a fussy eater as a child. The place had a cool old-fashioned lift. Good memories of that trip.

This was our second stay at the Hotel Casci. The Lombardi family and all their staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The breakfast is always ample and varied. Our room was clean and neat and the bed so comfortable. The location is very convenient; even the Oltrarno is within walking distance. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly as did the in-room charging station. In short, the hotel is a great value and one that we have recommended to our friends.

The hotel was quaint and wonderful. The location was terrific, close to the Duomo and easily walkable from the train station. The owner and staff were fun and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend it to others.

We had a very good experience at Hotel Casci. It's in a great location, very easy to walk to museums, restaurants, the San Lorenzo Market, and plenty of gelato places. The breakfast was also good; we especially enjoyed the fresh fruits. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful - we very much appreciated their help with restaurant recommendations and reservations. Our room was clean and comfortable.

We recently stayed at Hotel Casci. From the breakfast to the staff to the rooms and the location, this hotel met all of our needs. It is quaint; however, it has all the modern conveniences one could want. It is within walking distance of the train station which proved to be invaluable when the taxi companies went on strike. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants amenities with an Italian flair.

Again and always again will I stay at the Casci - it is and has everything for the perfect stay in Florence. The staff are very obliging to one's needs, very friendly and knowledgeable. The building has the very historic ambience with all the mod cons. The breakfast is and has freshness and splendid variety of food and drinks. The position is ideal for everything you will wish to visit - stay here with confidence.

We just returned from our trip to Florence. The Hotel Casci was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms very comfortable. I was a little worried that it might be loud as it is located on a street that allows traffic, but our room was very quiet and situated away from the street. The mattresses were twin, but made up as a queen and very comfortable. I would recommend.

Lovely personable welcome, the staff is particularly helpful and friendly. The hotel is well-equipped and the room was immaculate.The location next to the Medici Palace and the Duomo allows you to walk everywhere. The breakfast is amazing, and one of the best I've ever enjoyed anywhere in my travels.
