10-12 mins walk from Firenze SMN station. Located on the second floor.
It’s more of a guest house with 6 rooms inside an apartment unit. Owned by a lovely couple. They shared some history of the place and restaurants to try out. There are supermarket, bars, pizzeria and restaurants nearby.

The bed was comfortable and we could get good sleep(no bed bugs)
Since the rooms are shared by other guests in the same unit, we were afraid it would become noisy but it was quiet and peaceful.

Very cute little hotel inside a building kind of like an apartment. Clean, owned by a very nice couple, clearly they care about their business , and Italy. As a place to stay l would absolutely recommend if looking around this part of Florence.

We booked a last minute single room for 2 adults and 2 toddlers but the owner luigi offered us a tripple bedroom for the same price.

Friendly owner, nice rooms with air-condition, nice residential area but a bit far from the center on foot. All together very good deal, especially comparing prices with other places.

Luigi was a fantastic owner who gave us a map of great restaurants and places to visit. All suggestions were fab! Rooms were clean and fit for purpose. Thankfully with air con as it was very hot during our stay. Our room was cleaned every day and cartons of juice and water replaced every day. We had a fantastic stay and when we return to Florence in the future we hope Luigi will still be there with his hints and tips for a fab stay in Florence..... Thanks Luigi!!

Be aware of their booking policy, you won’t be able to revise your booking as soon as you book it. I contacted Expedia within 6 hours when I realized that this Airbnb is not in central Florence. I wanted to pay more for a central location, but the owner of the Airbnb wasn’t flexible to refund the booking. This Airbnb is 1 km away from central Florence, it’s too much walking for me with luggages on old stone walk and after walking up to the top of Duomo and spending whole day walking in museums and galleries. The the owner and staff were nice and the room was not fancy but clean.
