No kettle provided in NH Hotels in Europe it seems. This one is located right next to the train station but a 15 min walk to the old town. Modern hotel with a few restaurants in the vicinity.

Good hotel in practical location very close to train station and at walking distance to the town center.

We arrived and the reception informed us that on-site parking wasn't available and advised us to look for it nearby. Having a lot of luggage, we had to cancel even though the room had already been paid for in advance.

Room is clean and comfortable. However, adding a kettle and couple of teabags a d sugar would be useful.
The breakfast menu has nice variety matching all tastes.
The hotel location next to the train station makes commuting very convenient.

Very nice stay. Would like to give a special shout out to Veronica at the breakfast buffet. She was very accommodating and each day went and steamed soy milk for me so I could have it With my coffee. Thanks Veronica!

This hotel in Parma was a wonderful surprise. Spacious and spotless throughout, with large, beautifully decorated rooms that feel inviting and comfortable. The staff were warm and professional, and we loved that pets are welcome. Just a short walk from the city center, yet quiet enough to relax, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A perfect stay for exploring Parma
