This is a gem! The staff is phenomenal, so helpful and professional. The room looked almost a little dated but don't let that fool you; it was very clean, bed was comfortable, towels are soft and the shower water pressure is amazing. Highly recommend this place.

This hotel was perfect for one night in Palma. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Our room was clean and tidy.

Nice hotel, nice room. Horrible bed in our room. Breakfast was included and it was god enough to get the day started.

Its a nice hotel. However some noise in my room, bed was not the best and little cold. Otherwise its nicely decorated old style and breakfast is fine, it has some variety and when I was there it was tranquil. Staff at check in little chaotic but everything went well. Very central and its clean with conference rooms and spacious areas.
