Location perfect for us, parking on site and at the edge of the city. Short walk to the centre and to restaurants

Barman was friendly in the hotel bar.

We booked via booking.com - something went wrong and the hotel didn’t have the info that we booked with breakfast. Spoke to manager and swiftly resolved for the second day- but we didn’t have breakfast the first day - we should probably have argued the case

Only 3/5 for the rooms as the beds were quite hard which I don’t like.

Shower hot & cold water operates as if loose inside.
Opening widow outside shutter needs a strong athletic man to pull it.
Fan in the bathroom has noise, so I shut it down.

Beautiful hotel with great accommodations. Friendly staff, nice rooms, nice bar and dining room. Hotel is in an excellent location, next to a beautiful park and very close to shops and fabulous restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Good place for staying around reggio emilia, near the town hall and there is a beautiful park just in front of the hotel, good for morning/afternoon exercise. And there's museums/art galleries nearby.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in room 406 and it was, overall, a good experience. But, there were very few other guests which greatly contributed to our positive experience because the noise insulation in rooms is indeed poor. One night we could so easily hear other guests in their room that it felt as if we all were in the same room. So, if you need to get a goodnight's sleep, you'd better skip this hotel. Additionally, the WiFi connection in our room was sometimes very weak. The hotel's interior design is quite outdated and there were clearly visible cracks, damages, and scratches on furniture and walls in various parts of the hotel and in our room. That should be fixed. There's a gym on the 2nd floor but it's poorly equipped. The heaviest dumbbells only weigh 10kg and there're no multifunctional machines. There was also no water nor towels. Therefore, don't plan any heavy workout there. Besides, it only opens at 10 AM. The hotel bar is on the ground floor with a view of the park which was quite nice. The furniture there is, again, rather old and with visible damages. But, it was nice to sit there and enjoy some wine. The bartender was very polite and behaved professionally. Receptionists and housekeeping staff were also all friendly. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel restaurant and thus cannot evaluate it. The location was fine with the park right next to the hotel and monuments, shops, cafes, and restaurants very close. Yet, we noticed suspicious groups of people every single night. If you're worried about your safety, take this into account before you book a room.
