Hotels near sea shore in Rimini

Amazing value for money! We have stayed here before and were happy to return! Less than 5 minutes walk from a super beach! The old town is within walking distance and the hotel is located near the main strip with many food options and bars, what more do you want?!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is in proximity of the beach,just 2-3 minutes walking

The coffee here is amazing, exactly what you need to start the day! But the room is basic and could use some upgrading of furniture as it could attract more visitors and maybe a change of window aspect could improve the impression and lighting of the room

Affordable hotel near the beach and also near the train station. Staff are very welcoming. Furnishings are a bit old and the bathroom was a bit small. Otherwise bed was comfy and the cleaners did a good job every day.

Our second visit to Ausonia for the Moto GP, really friendly staff, close to the town. A short walk across the park from the bus and train station. The staff assisted us on getting taxis to the track during a strike

The best beds we had in two weeks travel through Italy! Slept so good! Nice cappucino and cake in the mornings. The personel is superkind, also to kids. We will recommend it

The rooms were really clean, helpful concierge (helped us with late and early check-in and check-outs), fresh towels, spacious bathroom with small(but very manageable showerspace). We took a double room with balcony

The space was similar to the pictures we saw of the place. The breakfast was great(arranged by hotel tiberius) - don't miss the apricot shortcake if you ever shows up in the buffet

com, there are so many mixed/confusing reviews about this place but take my word for it, as of October 2025 this place is a great choice of stay if you are visiting Rimini

The staff are also very welcoming (Huge Thank You to Stefano especially) i’ll carry this experience with me for a long time and hope to return very soon :)

I enjoyed the spa (small but private -- I had it all to myself most days), the buffet breakfast, and the lovely view of the sea from my balcony

- there wasn't a great view from the room - a construction site but there we are. Overall, we had a very nice stay and we slept well, enjoyed the pool etc. But, certainly some improvements would be advisable

Rooms are clean and comfortable soft beds. Only downside is that the walls are thin and you can even hear the neighbor snoring. Free wifi and pretty hotel interior design 👍

Luckily it wasn't that hot outside. - pool didn't have enough deck chairs at times. - fridge in the room raised the temp of the room several degrees - hot as a radiator. - not enough coffee/tea sachets in the room

The only negative part of my stay was the noisy club nearby (called Boomerang) which played horrible music until the wee hours of the morning. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault

I was more than satisfied with my recent stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean, and the customer service was excellent

Lorenzo the manager was amazingly friendly & helpful (possibly one of the best hotel staff I've ever encountered), the homemade breakfast was fantastic & had *way* more options that the typical Italian 'sweet breakfast,' and the location is just a stone's throw from the beach

We enjoyed our three day stay at the Hotel. Building very close to the beach, rooms clean and spacious with a very cosy balcony that overlooks the parking. Continental breakfast was great, lots of choice

This is perfect hotel if you are looking where to stay on a holiday in Rimini. Prices are fair, location is right behind the beach. Rooms are smaller but very clean and good equiped

Beach down the road, and a busy tourist main street with bars/food/shops etc. Still, the room was very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable as well, and tidied up often

Nice hotel in a good location, only a 2min walk from the beach. Rooms were spacious and clean. Free breakfast in the morning was fairly standard buffet with plenty of coffee in true Italian style!

We booked an additional night very short termed on a busy weekend and the host as well as the receiptionist worked very hard to make that happen for us! The location of the Hotel really is great, as you can reach many destinations on foot and neither the bus nor metro station are far, which means that routes within the city are very easily accessible

Property and facilities inside are perfect as well, only the outer face of the hotel from the beach-view looks a bit like "need to be renovated"

Average Overall clean. No fridge in the room; shower not cleaned after use; beds with springs; air conditioner without inverter. Breakfast so-so. Expensive for its value, but in line with other hotels in the area.

The staff and facilities were great. The local all you can eat of local specialties was exceptional. Breakfast too! The only matter that was subpar were the grungy gray towels

Super clean hotel in the heart of the beach area. Great parking in a self serve lot. Close to restaurants and shopping. We had an amazing stay & the included breakfast was delicious

We stay at this hotel very often. We love it. It's located on the main street, 5 minutes to the beach, and 10 minutes to the Conad supermarket. The breakfasts are varied.

Good value for money, friendly staff, good breakfast. The breakfast lasts until 12 pm, which allows you to go to the beach in the morning, before eating.

Structure that is being renovated and located near the sea, on the main road of Miramare (close to the Airport, Rimini and Riccione connected by train, bus, metromare) Very good breakfast and quite varied both sweet and savory

I have read some reviews that were talking about bad air-conditioning , for me I must disagree , it was working great! I must also praise the staff for quickly resolving problems with coffee machine

The only little thing that is a small minus point is the unstable WiFi connection. But I guess it's understandable ,when so many devices from so many people are connected

The food was being restocked whenever it was gone. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the beach and 15 minutes away from the airport by foot, a great plus I'd say. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel

100 metres from the excellent sandy beach, nearby restaurants, bars, cafes make a vacation here a real pleasure. I definately recommend to anyone the "Reale" hotel to stay in Rimini, Italy

They always do their best to please their guests and they do it naturally. They help with advice where best to eat real local food, see places of interest, recommend transportation options in Rimini and elsewhere

Lovely host and area, rooms were clean and air conditioning was a life saver, host offered to drop us at our bus station after departure which is another life saver. Couldn’t recommend any more

I would suggest that the covers could be replaced with something more modern and warmer, also the a/c units to support both cooling and heating. In general it was a very good place and we enjoyed our stay

I expected a bit more, but the location was perfect. The problem was I found a lot of hair in the new blankets and in the bathroom. The personal wasn't really good on English. Also you can here other rooms a lot

Some rooms need a refresh especially the bathrooms and mattresses. The rooms are clean apart from the inside of the wardrobes on the first day which was full of crumbs and sand

The hotel is very well located, 5 minutes to the sea at a slow pace, shops, cafes, everything is within walking distance. Comfortable beds, the room had everything you needed, daily cleaning and replacement of towels

It was a good stay, but the room was too small even for someone who is looking for a budget accommodation. It was OK for a two nights stay but longer stay would be questionable

Maybe it’s the reason why all the complaints about the hotel are written here: people expect a five star hotel when they pay for a three star one

The hotel is within walking distance to the beach and some nice restaurants. However, I was on the 5th floor which required carrying luggage up an extra flight from the first floor and wifi could not reach the room

The owner, all the employees who work at the reception, the person who cleans the rooms are all wonderful. For 4 days, they cleaned our room, changed the towels, the bed linen, everything smelled

The surrounding area has many restaurants on the beach and there is a cafe across the road to have a coffee in the morning if you want to (although the hotel also does offer coffee)
