It was a great experience, the location is awesome, 2 minutes from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was alright, but a bit of variety day-to-day wouldn’t hurt

The only criticism would be the noise levels. You can really hear everything going on in the hallway, when a guest shuts the room door it sounds really loud. The Wi-Fi was crazy fast and reliable

The staff was helpful and always available. The breakfast was extraordinary! Keep your expectations high for that!!! The location was convenient. The room was exactly the same as described.

We stayed for 9 days in this amazing hotel! As soon as we arrived the owners welcomed us with a good coffee and a bottle of water (all offered by them), parking in the reserved area below the hotel, direct access to the beach! Rooms always very clean! Always fresh food, if you asked for a small alternative they always tried to accommodate you! All the staff are always kind and smiling!! One evening...

So you can enjoy swimming also during the night (until 23 o'clock). Lobby: small but nice looking! Beach: very close to the hotel. Fine sand, good quality sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff: very very friendly staff

This is an excellent boutique hotel! Rooms: For Italian standards the rooms are very big! They are also very clean and still look new! Pool: Very small pool but it is heated

Such a lovely hotel, wish we could have stayed longer! Is a bit out of way if you aren't driving but there is a bus thay goes directly from the train station, not so good service in the evening though

Recent stay This was my second stay at Hotel Tiffany. The Hotel is second to none for value based on similar Hotels in the area and further afield. The breakfast is quality with enough to set you up for the day ahead

The serene atmosphere of the Hotel makes the place a perfect peaceful getaway, still you are only a five minute walk away from the lively bars/Restaurants

Inside of the hotel was excellent and helpful and friend staff. They really need to clean up their pool area - a tad dirty and a bit gross. Neighborhood seemed runned down ; but simple walk to beach

Didn't do 5 stars because - 1) the area around the pool deck was dirty and a tad gross, and 2) the outside of the building looks run down, as are aspects of the neighborhood

I feel like staying here is even more sastified then in a 4-star hotel along the beach road with much higher cost. Absolutely will book this again if I come back to Rimini

My girlfriend and I had a positive experience at this hotel. The room was clean and had air conditioning that worked properly. It was very quiet, too — the windows blocked out all outside noise perfectly

We had a lovely time at Hotel Sandra, lovely people and all staff. Clean rooms, fresh towels everyday and making the rooms aswell. Food buffet with all sort of pastry, salami cheese cereals and much more

They included in our tariff 2 beach seats and 1 umbrella. Elevator, shops near by Amd many more. you can visit Beach Village park (also had that included in our price) with pools , slides food and drinks

feels like a big family! They have their own parking so your car is safe! All inclusive all meals, water sparkling and still and wine: white, red and rose. Kids can play ping pong and football table

They do all sorts of events like : dinner with fish specific with staff in lovely outfits, dinner with specific food of the Emiglia Romagna , dance night with Dance Academy

We danced and had lots of fun! Yes lots of reviews about the train but we slept like solid rock, as long as you close windows. Air conditioning lovely fresh cooling room

The pool is cleaned daily and tidy, with a bathroom, changing room, hot and cold shower, and an adequate number of loungers for hotel guests. The hydromassage area with comfortable seating is excellent

The location was perfect for me as someone who came to Rimini by train, it is only a 20 minute walk from the station and the location is excellent. Its a minute from the beach & 200m from a public beach

The staff makes you feel welcome form check-in. The breakfast is superb and they were really helpful as they took me to the airport after I had 2 uber cancellations and no taxis available

We spent 5 days here, the owners were always around, very welcoming and friendly, giving recommendations for places to eat, even discount cards! The hotel is 2 min from the beach, very clean and the breakfast is amazing! We recommend 100 % recommend this place!

The place and the location are perfect for 2-3 days, it's just 1 minute from the beach. The staff is also super nice (from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies)

My boyfriend and I spent a wonderful week in this structure where Valentina and her parents, Marino and Marinella, welcomed us as if we had always known each other, they tried to satisfy our requests in the best possible way, always with a smile on their lips and for this felt like we were at home

I stayed in this hotel in mid-July with two of my friends. We immediately felt at ease thanks to the friendliness of the owners. All excellent from breakfast to lunch and dinner

All the hotel are very nice including the rooms, the dining room, the pool, the yard. The Hotel is very close to the beach and the centre of Rimini

The rooms are great, with comfortable beds, good bathrooms and most importantly they are equipped with AC’s. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are nice, great opportunity to chill down for a bit

The pool and gardens are lovely and relaxing and my nephews enjoyed a brief and very cold swim in the pool (not quite warmed up enough for me at the end of May but it didn't stop them)

The location of the hotel is perfect. A 2 minute walk to the beach one way and a 5 minute walk to the centre the other way. You can easily get the bus to various destinations

We went to Italy in Miniature and also San Marino. Both were very well worth a visit. There are some new developments in progress near the hotel which are likely to offer more up to date facilities when they are finished

Within the immediate area there are many higher ranked hotels. However this option is perfectly located on the beach

We were traveling by car, so we used parking rental: everything was fine here. It was fenced and under surveillance. There are only five floors; an elevator is available. The room really did have a sea view, no deception

The service was poor: we had a malfunction with the balcony door; they promised a technician, who never showed up throughout the entire week. It is indeed located on the first line — the beach is nearby

The breakfast was amazing and all the foods were Organic/Bio! Best coffee and chocolate milk ever. The only thing we recommend is to exchange the red flashing smoke detector lights above the beds for ones without lights

Very nice hotel where everything is perfect inside including the friendly staff. Breakfast is until 12:00 and Checkout is until 12:00. Other hotels and B&Bs should learn from this

Stayed for a week in June 2025, getting a tan at the beach and not doing very much else. The towels and bed were clean and did not smell of perfumed detergent, the breakfast was great (7:30 to 12) and the staff welcoming

5 min walk to the beach and 30 min to Rimini center. We had the deluxe room with a nice big bed. Everything has been renovated. Perfect reception, very helpful with the parking. Breakfast is great, served till 12:00

The hotel helped me keep my surprise secret and helped us fit a third bed in our room without telling them. They were shocked when they saw me haha. This surprise was smooth thanks to the staff at this hotel

You have all you need, soap, shampoo and conditioner (2 in 1), hairdryer, a nice balcony, drying rack on your balcony, very strong AC and a pretty good TV! Cleaning is also very thorough and well done

We only stayed 1 night on our back home from holiday. Hotel was close to promenade and beach. It also offered parking which was very handy. The reception was vey helpful to navigate and discuss over the phone
