cleanliness is superb surrounding is 5 star and swimming pool is 5 star when it comes to food i like their menus and serves excellent. i reccomend this hotel for everybody. you will feel home and comfortable

room service is the super great and everyday they cleaned our rooms with new towels and bedsheets and has a great sea view. the owner Signor Luigi is so kind and very accommodating and specially his wife

They have a parking for 15euros per night or free parking in thé street ,they have a beatiful Spa and you can have a 30 minutes massage for 40 euros. Spacious rooms with airco,balcony

Very good buffet breakfast served by à very Kind waitress. They do not serve dinner but a lot of restaurants are only 5 minutes from thé Hôtel. Very kind staff at the reception

We had a wonderful week's vacation. The hotel is perfect for families; it has a pool, is very close to the beach, and is just steps from the town center. There's also a large inflatable pool and bike rentals

This solution was a lifesaver during these rainy days. The only drawback is that there isn't a portion of the beach, or more importantly, the sea, where you can take your dog without time restrictions

Nice kids friendly hotel. We had all inclusive options here and we were very happy with the service. Food was good. Pool was clean and they have access to private beach right across the street.

We stayed for a weekend with the family at the hotel, which is in an excellent location both near the beach and the center of Viserbella. The bus to Rimini city center and Rimini station is very convenient

- the hotel is located ideally for travel by bus to Rimini and Riccione and is within 5mins walking to the beach/promenade - There is a Parkrun on Saturday’s at Marecchia Park for anyone who enjoys social running and we found we could easily get there with time to spare by catching the bus (11) from the end of our street at 8am

You choose your meals for lunch and dinner and there is a fabulous variety of Italian regional specialties. We particularly liked the swordfish and dishes with mussels as the sea food is very fresh due to hotel locality

My wife and I stayed here for 11 nights in June and saw the hotel move into its busy season which was exciting to see how dynamically the hotel and staff accommodated being at capacity

This is not a negative point about the hotel’s location as many people will come to the area looking to enjoy this vibe and when you have the right level of energy to engage with the party vibe you will also have a good time as we did for several nights in a row, Just do not expect the surrounding party to clam before 11pm and passers by may be loud beyond midnight when returning to their own accommodation...

The rooms are cleaned every day. The Breakfast ist fresh and good. But because the price of the room was very good, the price of the parking place was acceptable. The TV Programms are for every taste

The internet connection is good and fast. We received a 10% discount for a good restaurant down the street, when we asked at the Reception where is good to eat and it was not so expensive

What we did not like so much: noise until 5 am! Loud music but its is problem everywhere. Basic room, old fashioned bathroom

However, there were a few issues: – drinking water was not included during lunch or dinner, – coffee from the thermos is free, but proper espresso or cappuccino must be paid for, – sunbeds on the beach are not included, – parking is also extra, – the pool is too deep for children, – no entertainment or kids’ programs at all

Nice and clean with a great location in front of the beach and a 15-20 minute walk to the old town. Breakfast is just ok, but this feels like a general things with hotels of this class in Italy.

I was so sick during my staff here but the staff brought me hot water, extra blankets and told me where to get medicine. The staff here were incredible.

They have a fu buffet and they let you take 3 items with you. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch from it

I also felt uncomfortable that housekeeping barged into my room without knocking and 20 minutes before I made it very clear I did not want housekeeping. She clearly understood me as she gave me towels and toiletries

My issue went unresolved which was very unprofessional I feel of the hotel but not really her fault as she was so busy

This hotel is located in a side street away from the sea front but is opposite a night club which is very noisy in the early hours of the morning resulting in sleepness nights ask for a room at the back of the hotel
