My experience for a family of 4 members was great and peaceful, rooms were cozy and clean, service was really kind especially Nicola which gave the restaurant room a playful vibe.

Both the owners and the staff are people always available and ready to solve any problem and customer request, always with kindness

Here and there the hotel felt slight worn and could get some more love but was just overall a really good value for the money

Everything was perfect, we enjoyed our holiday very much! All the employees were so nice and kind, the food was excellent, and the room was very clean… we enjoyed the swimming pool and beach, which is very close to the hotel

Few minuses - no vegetables for breakfast, room was a bit small. Also the room had sea side view and the music from outside bar was really loud but we didn’t mind cose the music was good 🫠

It was a great experience, the location is awesome, 2 minutes from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was alright, but a bit of variety day-to-day wouldn’t hurt

The only criticism would be the noise levels. You can really hear everything going on in the hallway, when a guest shuts the room door it sounds really loud. The Wi-Fi was crazy fast and reliable

It's very tasty, huge portions, the freshest fish and seafood. Also, a 5-minute walk from the hotel is the Spark chain store, where inexpensive alcohol (there is even bottled sparkling wine), groceries

I really liked the hotel: the sea is across the street, there are rooms with sea views. Very clean, cleaned every day. Upon check-in, we were offered a room with a sea view for free

Really good place, swimming pool is good 💯 But I can't find a supermarket there because we was 4 people and we had only breakfast 🍳. But it's a good hotel

The reception always helped with all questions, the staff was very helpful. For full board, lunch and dinner are provided at the beautiful fish restaurant on the shore, where you can take whatever you want

Very elegant finishes, staff very helpful and friendly,rich buffet with a huge variety of dishes to choose from( and delicious food, obviously) and the room where we stayed in was super clean and very well furnished ( mattress was so so comfy) Surely will go back !

I really enjoyed my time here. The staff was friendly, great coffee, breakfast, the bed was very comfortable. I loved my huge terrace. the bike ride also into town. A beautiful place gor anyone to visit.

So you can enjoy swimming also during the night (until 23 o'clock). Lobby: small but nice looking! Beach: very close to the hotel. Fine sand, good quality sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff: very very friendly staff

This is an excellent boutique hotel! Rooms: For Italian standards the rooms are very big! They are also very clean and still look new! Pool: Very small pool but it is heated

Such a lovely hotel, wish we could have stayed longer! Is a bit out of way if you aren't driving but there is a bus thay goes directly from the train station, not so good service in the evening though

My girlfriend and I had a positive experience at this hotel. The room was clean and had air conditioning that worked properly. It was very quiet, too — the windows blocked out all outside noise perfectly

We had a lovely time at Hotel Sandra, lovely people and all staff. Clean rooms, fresh towels everyday and making the rooms aswell. Food buffet with all sort of pastry, salami cheese cereals and much more

They included in our tariff 2 beach seats and 1 umbrella. Elevator, shops near by Amd many more. you can visit Beach Village park (also had that included in our price) with pools , slides food and drinks

feels like a big family! They have their own parking so your car is safe! All inclusive all meals, water sparkling and still and wine: white, red and rose. Kids can play ping pong and football table

They do all sorts of events like : dinner with fish specific with staff in lovely outfits, dinner with specific food of the Emiglia Romagna , dance night with Dance Academy

We danced and had lots of fun! Yes lots of reviews about the train but we slept like solid rock, as long as you close windows. Air conditioning lovely fresh cooling room

The pool is cleaned daily and tidy, with a bathroom, changing room, hot and cold shower, and an adequate number of loungers for hotel guests. The hydromassage area with comfortable seating is excellent

We have spent an amazing week there in July. The Hotel has great location, just opposite to the beach. The room was comfortable and was very clean. The Italian breakfast was nice too

The beach was 100 m from us and across the street there is a bus station, a bit farther is a MetroMare station. You really have everything at your disposal. You get good quality for the price you pay at SantAnna

The hotel is located 1 walking hour away from the airport and one walking hour away from downtown. Beach is within 10 walking minutes. The room is spacious enough for one person. There is a desk, so working is possible

The rooms are great, with comfortable beds, good bathrooms and most importantly they are equipped with AC’s. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are nice, great opportunity to chill down for a bit

The pool and gardens are lovely and relaxing and my nephews enjoyed a brief and very cold swim in the pool (not quite warmed up enough for me at the end of May but it didn't stop them)

The location of the hotel is perfect. A 2 minute walk to the beach one way and a 5 minute walk to the centre the other way. You can easily get the bus to various destinations

Within the immediate area there are many higher ranked hotels. However this option is perfectly located on the beach

We were traveling by car, so we used parking rental: everything was fine here. It was fenced and under surveillance. There are only five floors; an elevator is available. The room really did have a sea view, no deception

The service was poor: we had a malfunction with the balcony door; they promised a technician, who never showed up throughout the entire week. It is indeed located on the first line — the beach is nearby
