The waitstaff were friendly and always had a smile, which made meals even more pleasant. Housekeeping was also excellent: our room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, and the beds were neatly made
The pool didn’t seem very clean, and we frequently had issues with the drink machines — they were either out of order or empty

If you’re not a good sleeper it might cause problems. The breakfast wad okay, not what we expected but okay. The location is perfect and the rooms are clean always. The lady who cleaned our rooms was also so so nice

We stayed for just one night, but we were impressed by the quality of service. We had to leave the hotel before breakfast, but they arranged a breakfast box for us without us needing to ask for anything
High: Friendly helpful staff, the sun beds on the rooftop, however the pool is not heated. Low: We stayed in deluxe room and bathroom is quite small

The hotel is located near to several restaurants and the beach is on the opposite side of the road. There is a train station and tram stop about 8 minues from the hotel and a bus service is on the pavement

We stayed at Maison B Hotel Best Western during our trip to Italy and it was a wonderful surprise! We were traveling from Tampa, Florida, landed in Milan, then stopped in Rimini for two days before heading to Rome – and what a spectacular experience it was

Everything about this hotel stay was wonderful. Staff, room, clean, pool, breakfast and location. A cross between close to the beach and 20-25 minute walk to Centro
Buyer beware though I booked three nights and tried to change the date by two days. No cancel and no change policy. So I paid for 3 nights and ended up using one and had to pay to stay one more night
Honestly, the rooms are a real highlight – so spacious and kept immaculately clean. It's fantastic that it's an all-year-round option, no matter when you plan your trip

Located a short distance from Rimini airport this small hotel covers all the bases really well and is a great example of a modestly priced establishment providing outstanding value
An in-house restaurant and fitness room would have been welcome facilities, however, for a hotel of this category it has good amenities and the overall ambience is great

Very friendly staff who tries their best to speak english, near the beach, quite at night, climat works fast, room was small but it worked nicely. Not the newest and the shower smelled a bit wierd on the first day
The only real points of criticism would be the parking situation, since the entrance is in a really tiny road and aside from anarchy-parking whereever your car fits into and risking a fine or paying 10€/night for a place in an underground parking place of another Hotel, especially during high season, this will be real challenging

This was my second stay at Hotel Okinawa – and once again, it was a wonderful experience!
Barbara and the entire team are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive
Breakfast is a real highlight: there’s a wide selection of fresh pastries, delicious croissants, and sweet treats. Various types of coffee – cappuccino, espresso, latte – are freshly prepared and taste amazing
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and attractions (we had dinner several times at TinBota which is very close to the hotel and has a very nice selection of food)
What made our experience even more special was the staff. Everyone, both at the reception and during breakfast, was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming
The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable throughout our stay, and everything was well maintained, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed
Super comfy beds, extra clean rooms and fabulous breakfast with love. We would definitely choose UP Hotel again in Rimini. Thank you for UP experience and hope to see you again next year!

I thought the €4 per person per night city tax was a bit steep, they said it is because it's a 4 ⭐ hotel but it's no way near a 4 ⭐. The main negative was there is absolutely no sound proofing
The cleaners are very good but start crashing around before 8 in the morning and is banging on the door to come in and clean, I guess this is not a problem if you are up and out very early
I enjoyed the spa (small but private -- I had it all to myself most days), the buffet breakfast, and the lovely view of the sea from my balcony
- there wasn't a great view from the room - a construction site but there we are. Overall, we had a very nice stay and we slept well, enjoyed the pool etc. But, certainly some improvements would be advisable
Rooms are clean and comfortable soft beds. Only downside is that the walls are thin and you can even hear the neighbor snoring. Free wifi and pretty hotel interior design 👍
Luckily it wasn't that hot outside. - pool didn't have enough deck chairs at times. - fridge in the room raised the temp of the room several degrees - hot as a radiator. - not enough coffee/tea sachets in the room
The only negative part of my stay was the noisy club nearby (called Boomerang) which played horrible music until the wee hours of the morning. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault

It’s a decent place and I suppose you get what you pay for staff for really friendly came back late and wasn’t sure how to get back in as the there’s no key for the front door I didn’t realise you had to press the buzzer no sign and it was a little dark down there but apart from that the room was decent and staff were really nice and friendly
We have just returned from a wonderful Christmas stay at the Hotel Zurich. I must say that the room was spotless, the location is great, but the highest rating we give to the kitchen
