I did not have a great experience in the hotel. If you come for a holiday and have a family, it probably makes sense. Amazing holiday, we prolonged our stay by three days as we enjoyed the place, swimming pool and location. Ideal for families, it is quiet and well equipped. We will come back!

It was good enough to sleep and prepare food. Very family friendly. For example they have quiet hours for those who have afternoon nap. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Great location. A lot can be improved though. Starting from such a simple things like toilet brush and broken hairdryer to fixing old rental bikes. Still, can recommend. Would definitely come again.

Close to the beach, each apartment is very comfortable and clean, the staff are exquisitely helpful and kind. We went there on holiday with a one-year-old baby and we had everything we needed, from a microwave oven to the fantastic swimming pool (in case of cloudy weather). Definitely recommended.

I can only recommend it! The building is neat, clean, tasteful. The apartment is very clean, equipped with everything. We had a very nice and comfortable stay in Residence Mimosa, nearby the sea. After a small chaos at the beginning we received a very big apartment on the top with a great terrace for a same price like the smaller one. We had a lovely stay in Rimini at the Marzia residence. Alex and Alberto were available at all times and took very good care of us. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the beach, which is wonderfully walkable. The elevator is big enough that we could easily ride with a twin stroller. The large, fresh and delicious breakfast should also be tried at least once. Highly recommended and child friendly

We had an excellent experience. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The room was clean and efficient. There were lots of electronic outlets, parking was right beside the rooms. There was free bike rentals and a games room. The host was responsive and very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

We stayed with our one-year-old children for a week. Everything was well-organized, and what we loved most was the opportunity to feel at home because the apartment was well-equipped with all the comforts, from the well-equipped kitchen, including a microwave, to a coffee machine.
