The room, while clean, was a shoebox with the smallest bed I've been in for years! Bathroom also clean but shower was uncomfortably small, floor slippery! One of the receptionists was an unpleasant young woman who reserved her smiles for management and had a completely inappropriate attitude for someone working in customer service!

Location is great and walking distance from the main attractions. However, very low value for money as rooms are expensive and the size of a shoe box. To add to the bad experience, there were upgrading works for the second floor which caused disturbance during the day. I had to pack and unpack to move rooms because I couldn’t rest. There was no notice sent prior to guests about these works.

We loved our stay! Fabrizio and Eliza at the front desk were so kind and welcoming. The location was close to centro Modena for easy walks to attractions and meals as well as an easy walk to the train station. The rooms were very clean and straightened up each day. Room was beautiful and immaculate. Only problem was it was a 24 inch step to get into the tub/shower with no guard rail. Tub was very slippery and getting out difficult. The water pressure was good but the volume was low (similar to my kitchen sink) I am sure they are trying to save water.

I stayed at Residence Lungomare with my family for our summer vacation in June. The apartment was amazing and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We walked to the beach every day. We also visited San Marino which was a great experience. I highly recommend Residence Lungomare!

This was one of the best summer breaks.. it’s a family friendly spot where hotel hosts many activities for kids as well as entrainment for adults ( of course nothing would happen without Michele ) we didn’t leave the hotel property during our stay and would would definitely revisit this place.

It’s really amazing at Savoia Rímini. Starting with the people, who are very kind, the room is fantastic and spacious. I was afraid on the first night when we heard some noise from outside, but it disappeared by 11:00. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to have a small pool for the kids. Staff at the reception desk was extremely helpful. We arrived to early and they let us leave our luggage in the hotel while we were visiting Forli. We were also leaving the hotel early in the morning and they prepared breakfast out of restaurant opening hours which was very nice and unexpected.
