Excellent grand style venue in the beating heart of Bologna. The bar is excellent, if a little pricey as you'd expect but with wonderful service. The perfect pitstop for a glass of fizz before you rush around Bologna devouring the pasta and mortadella.

Room is gorgeous and the service is incredible. All staffs are reallyfriendly and sweet.

The bald guy from the reception I did’t like the way he spoke to us. The breakfast was good but the same everyday we stayed a week, I ordered French omelet and that what I got. The Housekeeping team was amazing and friendly.

The rooms are clean, but the air conditioning is not that good and you can smell the canalization. The service was friendly and top notch. The breakfast was perfect. The location was ok, close to a beach but there are better ones farther away. The hotel is close to the city. But, be careful, there is a city tax when you check-out.

Had a very comfortable stay at St. Gregory Park. Very family friendly. Have playing area for children. Excellent rich breakfast. Convenient location with easy access to beach, transport, etc. They also have beach view rooms. If you are visiting Rimini or just passing through, would definitely recommend to checkout. Amazing hotel experience! The staff were fantastic, as were all of the little considerations for service and comfort (aperitivo, Christmas gifts). The bed was comfortable though the rooms a little old. It was great to have a fridge and kettle in the room! It was a beautiful location for the beach and a 20-30 minute walk into town or easily accessible by bus. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is very nice, the location is privileged and the staff super friendly. The only point of improvement (in my personal opinion), rooms still open with keys and not with card, but it's only a personal preference.

Very kind staff. Clean, quiet rooms with good air, green surroundings, and birds singing in the morning. Good breakfast. Everything in the hotel was very well organized. Daily shuttle to the Bologna Book Fair and back, and they also kindly kept our luggage after check‑out.

Bad bed (too hard) and coverd with a plastic sheet (under the normal sheet) you have to sleep on it. Bad breakfast staff. Not smart at all and even rude. They send you out on the lobby to get a coffee (the coffee machines didn't work) The price was too big because some events. Didn't worth.

Excellent service and a diverse breakfast buffet featuring fresh pastries, seasonal fruits, and hot dishes. Spotlessly clean environment. The only downside is that is not a walking distance to anything. But a taxi survive will charge you around 20 euros to Bologna Centrale.

We had issues with the room provided not being what we had booked and this was advised that all rooms were the same, but clearly an accessible room is not the same, as we booked a room with a bathtub for a reason. We've stayed over night and booked two rooms on the 7th floor. The hotel is modern, clean and unfortunately we could not try the in-house restaurant. Dishes are only served in the restaurant, so for families that have to eat dinner a bit earlier - you're out of luck as the restaurant opens at 7:30 PM. The hotel completed their renovation successfully in September 2023 and I found it a great place to stay for my 2 nights in Modena. Well done, silent, has parking, easy access and good breakfast. I will definitely return when in Modena next year.

Very nice hotel with nice rooms. Very nice pool area and nice private beach 100 m from the hotel. Breakfast is a bit borring. The rooms are with AC included, free of charge. Hotel and surrounding areas very clean and well taken care of.

Calm location suited for families with small children, very clearn, good pool, very clean and warm. The aquarium is opposite the hotel, the beach is near and not so crowded. The girl at the reception Martyna spoke English, helped to find out the best routes to local attractions.

Nice stay Nice resort location

Stayed at this hotel in 1968/9 ( can't remember exactly). There's been an addition of the escape " tower" on the side of the building. I seem to recall that the Hotel President was just across the road but looks like it was pulled down and they relocated. I've got a picture of me as an 8 year old, in a kids dinghy, paddling in the pool! Must ho back one day!

I truly enjoyed my stay here, but I wouldn't have booked if I had known the Wi-Fi would be such a hurdle. The hotel is best located directly at the beach - but beach service is not included in the hotel price. The pool is indoor with open fronts to the beach side. The room was quite spacious, and the breakfast was plentiful, but the hygiene was poor. There was a large bug that I was afraid to swat at; it kept flying around the room and making a lot of noise. I was worried about being bitten or bumped into by it.
