Stayed in the Hotel Franca for 3 nights as a Base for the ironman competition taking place nearby. All staff were super friendly and very accommodating. A wonderful experience and vacation at Hotel La Franca. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The room was clean with a sea view and a huge rooftop terrace. The hotel has a private beach, just a 5-minute walk away. The pool was gorgeous and clean. I had a great time.

Friendly relaxed atmosphere, staff always willing to help, rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Close to main restaurant and bar area. We were competing at the Ironman event in Cervia and it was okay to leave bike in room which helped a lot.

The hotel is outdated, but it’s clean and functional. Everything works as it should, and for a short stay it’s perfectly fine. If you’re looking for modern style and amenities, this may not be the place, but if you just need a comfortable spot to sleep, it does the job. Breakfast has good options and piano music during the breakfast is great.

Great cozy room in the family hotel near the beach (100 m) with nice personnel. Wifi working great, warm large pool with beds and super large breakfast. The 3 course dinner was also very tasty. The beaches were half empty due to pandemics and the town was 20 min from Rimini.

Average hotel, convenient to the highway exit but not very quiet. The building is undergoing renovations, so amenities are currently limited. Breakfast is adequate. Suitable for a quick business stopover without too many expectations.

Breakfast was ok. We wondered why the doors of the neighboring rooms were taped. There were 5 doors on our floor. Well, an obvious bug problem because I was covered in itchy bumps. The trip was ruined because of the itching. We stayed for 2 nights. The location was ok for us, that's why we chose it. The whole hotel needs renovation.

I had only one regret, which was that I could only stay at Villa Noctis for one night. Michele was a wonderful, warm, and helpful host--the rooms were quiet, spacious, and comfortable, and his dining recommendations (at i Furfanti) could not have been a more satisfying choice. If I return to Ravenna, and I hope to do so soon, I will certainly book my stay at Villa Noctis again.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is beautifully designed, very quiet and cozy. It is located in a quiet area of Ravenna but within minutes of the centre. Beautiful house, very kind hosts, perfect location within walking distance to all the main monuments, shopping area and all the lively and yummy restaurants of the city.
