We stayed w kids only for few days, the whole place was very reliable and clean. At the evenings we went to explore Grado, was a beautiful place. Unfortunately weather wasn't nice, at least on last day we visited Venice. One thing we didn't like, the beach. You have to watching tides, because at low tide, the beach is useless. Great place to go and relax. With plenty to do even if you don't have kids. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The highlight of the resort for us was the dog trainer Costantin, who helped us teach our dog agility, obedience, trekking and nose work. Can't recommend his services highly enough!!!

We were here with my family with three sons. They love the animation Team they are really funny and professional. Big thanks to Taha, Ricardo, Rowena, Kim and Emmanuel. We spent a pleasant week with kids a friends in the mobile homes in July. The highligt for us was extremely nice and helpful staff, especiallly in the restaurant. So far a very good place to stay. Awesome breakfast!! The room is clean, the staff is friendly and also my do is very welcome here. The location is perfect. I don’t mind sleeping at the pedestrian area side but maybe some have problems with the noise outside. I will come again :)

I liked this place, it is pet friendly, so I could stay there with my dog. The rooms are comfy, there’s some variety of food for breakfast, I’m not sure when it happens or if it is something regular but right in front of the hotel sometimes there are some “mercantini” where you can buy interesting stuff, pretty cozy i’d say. Villa D’Este is a ‘must visit’ hotel in the Italian lake’s region. The public zones of the hotel are very beautiful as well as the gardens. However, the restaurants and the rooms (junior suite) are slightly disappointing.

We spent already 3rd vacation in this hotel with our three children. The rooms are simply, clean. The breakfast is very good, the caffe is Illy. The parking place is ca. 500m far from the hotel. I don't know why but our car is exactly same clean in the end as in the beginning. I am very satisfied :)

We arrived with our camping trailer and receptionist showed us spot where to park. Reservation for beach spot was not what we expected or they forgot to tell that it will be close to beach not with a view to the beach so it was not worth the extra money. Kids liked pools, sand on the beach, ice cream was really good, shop gave us options for start but we preferred shops outside of the camp later....

My wife forgot wallet from our bungalow and they sent it to our home. Immediate reaction as soon as I let them know about the problem. Customer mindset at its best.

We stayed in one of the mobile homes. It was as you would expect it: small and simple, but very cozy. The terrace was especially nice for breakfast or a glass of wine. We enjoyed the time at the beach or at one of the three pools. We rented bikes and rode along the beach into the city center. Many trees served with their shadows for a pleasant hideout from the sun. A variety of accommodation types, the one we chose was small but clean and A/C managed to get some chilled air while outside was around 30°C. Very shallow sea for many km around with nice beach.
