Five stars, because we loved so much and became friends.
The lady at the breakfast room has been like a military sergeant. The lady is married with a police man. It looked like she learned a lot.
But when I repeated my little complaint at the front desk, we all have been loving...

We visited this place upon a bicycle tour to Grado June 16th 2017.
Very good and modern hotel.
Moderate price.
Bicycle garage.
Small parking for hotel guests.

We were in the economy room. It was clean and small, with a terrace view to the marina. The bathroom was clean. The room has A/C and TV. For the price I think it was fine.
