Great location. Good for solo travelers, hikers and cyclers too.

This hotel is conveniently located in the center of Grado. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The hotel, however is very basic. The lobby is small and cluttered. The outdoor seating area is mostly occupied by smokers. The room was very small, the shower head was falling apart and the shower was so tiny, we could barely fit. The bed was very hard, small and uncomfortable. Overall, a disappointing stay.

We stayed in Grado for four days and were completely satisfied with the accommodations, the staff, and the excellent breakfast. There's nothing to complain about. The hotel is centrally located, with everything within walking distance. We'll definitely be back. Thank you very much.

Great location, very nice
Ideal location for families in particular, just a stone's throw from the historic center (restaurants, bars, beach). The staff is really friendly, always there to answer your questions. The room was very spacious, but the mattress was much too soft, and there was a "fridge" in the room, but it barely cooled down.

On our tour from Trentino to Friuli Venezia Giulia, I book two nights in this hotel in the center of Grado. In a strategic position, the hotel is very clean and the staff are courteous. The rooms are a little dated but still comfortable. The breakfast was very varied, from sweet to savory and fruit with excellent quality products. Paid parking in the immediate vicinity. The price is average for the level. We will be back next time.

Pleasant small hotel, very well located, beach, shops, city center within walking distance, nice view, small but clean rooms, very nice staff, delicious breakfast

Here they should make a bet (if any) of nightmare hotels ... the rooms are very old but it's not a problem because it's clean ... but there is no hot water, the staff are rude, the breakfast despite is made of decent products, the staff is sloppy and inattentive. then the worst thing for me is that in the morning at 9 they woke us up because they had to clean the room and we had to go out ... but this does not happen even in a Tehran hostel in Iran .... the only positive thing is the position ... but this cannot be the only plus ... personal advice ... change management or profession
