Very clean, great location, 24h reception, just perfect!
Breakfast is amazing and the staff is so friendly and happy, making the whole breakfast even more enjoyable!
2022: Everything was just perfect during the one week spent here (in summer)!! The room was cool (air conditioner temperature adjusted in the reception), great service and ALL the staff was really friendly!! Very clean and the "Schönbrunn" style is nice. Breakfast was amazing (outside when the weather was good, inside when it rained). Nothing to complain about!! Looking forward staying here again!!
The room is clean, the staff is friendly and also my do is very welcome here.
The location is perfect.
I don’t mind sleeping at the pedestrian area side but maybe some have problems with the noise outside.
I will come again :)
In the hotel restaurant we had the dinner menu which was poor quality, appetizer salmon without taste, side dishes on main course cold and no taste, dessert seemed to be a few days old and dry and chocolate stale.
Overall very disappointed.

At check-in-in I heard that they told another customer "they need good reviews, cause some write only bad ones and we don't like it", "There was a guest who was not satisfied but we not agree with his bad review".
This is hospitality. Just write what they feel and received and discovered on your property. The receptionist was not really smart he speak not really German and not really English.
Got a room on ground floor. Rooms looks like 15 years old. The way from reception to the Room was parked with cars under plastic cover. If you haven't got a cover or arrive in time your car will look like in the photo. Looks really bad.
The coolness of the room and the minibar was horrible. Also the cleanliness of the property itself. The AC is central and you have to call to make it on and off. As it was a very old central system, it was not really closing. They should invest in AC and renovation.
The best thing they had La Bottega amenities. Would not stay here again.
