Hotel Argentina in Grado

The soundproofing is horrible, but the noise is not coming from the street, ITS COMING FROM EVERY OTHER GUEST!!!! I couldnt sleep because of them, THAT WAS VERY LOUD, I hear every steps, every key sound, every kids, every little noise was coming to my room like I havent door... Worst night of my life

We arrived very early so the room was not ready but they gave us two bikes to visit the city.
Once we entered the room at 2:00 pm as agreed we found ourselves in a 70s atmosphere, with carpeting on the floor, horrible furniture and 2 single beds with their respective single beds joined together instead of a double bed as requested.
They said that this happens with booking and that they consider the double as 2 singles.
We do not know why we travel often even with booking and if the double is not there we are promptly communicated.
So we asked to be moved but there were no rooms with double beds. What an absurd !!!
The lift has no safety devices, VERY SERIOUS and in fact my partner crushed his hand inside it and the doors did not open anymore.
We reported the crime to the reception and an employee tried to put his hand himself and the same thing happened.
So disappointed with everything we packed up and left.
Management should thank us for not getting out
complaint.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE !!!!
