The rooms were small but nice and very well taken care of. The balcony was very nice and perfect to enjoy 1 or 2 cigarettes accompanied by a lovely cup of tea.
The breakfast was exceptional, very extensive and the coffee was very enjoyable.
The only small flaw would be the flushing system of the toilet being quite inefficient and the bathroom being a bit tiny.
Still a 5/5 for me overall tho, the very friendly staff taken into consideration.

We stayed for two nights only, but the hotel was excellent. They reserved the parking space for us, helped us with the routes, if there were any questions the staff was there to answer. The rooms are small but cozy, aircon is OK, bath was clean, beds were clean. The breakfast was very good also. Thank you!

A small hotel in a quiet neighborhood - not many restaurants around, but Grado being a small town, everything (beaches, shops, restaurants...) is still within a short walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast in particular for those with a sweet tooth. There seem to be very few parking spots - we had no problems, but I can imagine it being an issue if the hotel is full. Room was clean and had a nice balcony.

On the hatch island, this hotel offers tranquility. Clean rooms with air conditioning, breakfast served according to the choice of the previous day. Very good and very kind managers!

Clean rooms, courteous staff, nice, friendly and helpful. Excellent location, you could say, small but nice. Only the TV could be a bit bigger in the room.
