The building and furnishings are rather dated. However, the friendly and efficient staff more than makes up for this.

We did not stay there once we had seen the hotel
It was paied but we drove to another hotel
Very worn down hotel

Clean comfortable room. Staff were great! Breakfast was excellent!

28.11.2024 Viktor

Above average room, not much else

15.10.2024 Roger

Absolutely brilliant for our party, a team of 18 WW2 archaeologists studying the Battle Of San Pietro. The food was really good with a different evening menu each day of our 11 night stay, and a great daily packed lunch with v. good variety. There were some niggles with a couple of the rooms, but sorted out easily. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Thanks Emanuela and everyone else! Definitely staying there next trip. (Much better than the significantly more expensive hotel we stayed at previous times)

10.10.2024 Fatum

the rooms are not washed thoroughly, water is leaking from the toilet onto the floor, there is mold on the ceiling, dinner was supposed to be at 6 p.m., we were served half an hour later, small portions are impossible to eat

09.09.2024 Andrea

Delicious sushi place right down the street! Nice hotel and staff and easy parking
We had a great stay here

I booked one night, and they offered me an economy room because they didn't have any available (so they said). They advertise themselves as a 4-star hotel, but considering the environment I found, 2 stars would be enough. I expected a 4-star economy room.... Damp and uncomfortable beds, dirty walls, and there wasn't even a refrigerator in the room. Nothing to complain about the staff, they were all very kind.

We arrived at midnight. Even though we did not book this hotel, but Hotel Marconi which locked us out, we got accommodation immediately. We were very grateful for this service and we are still angry about hotel Marconi because they charged us for a service they did not provide.
