Hotel Relax in Fiano Romano

Low level, it is not a 4 star hotel.

The hotel presents itself as a typical place for business people or those passing through. Excellent location near the motorway toll booth. Pretty clean. Free private parking. Staff at reception very friendly and absolutely helpful. The positive notes end here. In the room, a superior one which looked very much like a standard one, there is no space to open the suitcase or place the bags, except for a chair or table. In the bathroom there is no wall unit or shelf where you can place your beauty case. The plastic cup cannot be seen. Breakfast was offered in a room in the basement, not air conditioned, with open doors leading onto a service ramp. Very little choice probably because the hotel hosted many oriental people who, in addition to making a lot of noise and creating a disturbance already at 6 in the morning, had probably exhausted most of the proposals. There was a baguette already partially cut, a few slices of bread, normal or wholemeal, and zero brioche. We asked for a latte macchiato and a caffe latte and they placed two identical cappuccinos on the counter(!). Not even served at the table!! Air conditioning in the entrance and in the common areas turned off and on only after our request, with 36 degrees outside. Price not high, but not adequate for the services offered. It seems to me that there is a lot to review and, honestly, the 4 stars seem undeserved.
