I loved my visit here! Fiano Romano is an ideal spot for stopping on the busy A1 autostrada, and this hotel is very convenient for that. I stayed in this hotel two weeks ago for work. I had been missing relaxation since last year, but I found it to be as clean and better than before as the rooms were clean and equipped with every comfort, a plentiful breakfast and Sara's kindness and helpfulness were always unparalleled. Hi I Pini is excellent for small families. The cabin was spotless when we arrived with enough amenities to make sure we could cater for the family when we didn’t buy dinner. The lagoon pool is outstanding. It’s soft floor and various slides means the children are safe and have an amazing time. The facilities are brilliant and all the bar/restaurant staff are amazing.

We had a fantastic time staying at hu I pini village as a family of 5 (children 9, 8 and 5). Although peak time and the park was clearly full it never felt too busy and was still relaxing. The restaurants food was good, but long wait. The guides or Hu I staff for the kids were wonderful, good entertainment. We recommends you have a car, otherwise it will be difficult to get around, as the shuttlebuss is limited. Most people don’t speak English, so have translater opportunities.

We visited for 3 weeks in July this year. We wanted to visit Rome and this seemed a good option without a car. The manager, Federico and his family, really made the holiday for us - he really couldn't do any more. He worked so hard to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you so much.

For Rome, Europe, this is just a super option! For its price, it's just perfect! Pool, clean houses, all amenities, a full set of dishes and equipment, greenery around, parking right next to the house for a rented car! Cool! I recommend it to everyone!

The hotel was very nice, and so was the staff. The restaurant was top-notch and reasonably priced. The only downside is the location, a bit far from the city center if you're not driving, as the buses don't work very well in Rome. And getting from the airport to the hotel was an odyssey. A beautiful, well-equipped, and very clean resort. The only inconvenience is that if you return after midnight with your car, you have to leave it outside and then walk to your bungalow. However, you can also avoid walking, as an electric vehicle will take you there.

We stayed in this hotel during the Christmas days. The rooms are small but very welcoming. We chose the room on the first floor with a window and a small terrace. We only had one problem with the small bed base, some slats fell, while we were out they fixed the bed base. It has a plentiful and good breakfast.

What a beautiful and quaint hotel on the outskirts in Rome. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel to take you to the terminus. There are restaurants and shops located in the area in walking distance. They have very clean rooms and the breakfast served daily is nice.

Outstanding overnight stay, while completing our Via di San Francesco Camino into Roma. Beautiful building/decor full of family history. Spacious room (Athena). Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast. The worst were the windows which were completely untighed: there was no difference if the windows were open or closed because the noise from the street was the same. Ok hotel but could be better In Italy and flew into Rome on a late flight and this was the closest hotel for my final destination. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back here again 😔 WiFi in the bedrooms doesn’t work. You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill.

It bills itself as a 4 star hotel, but it is lucky to be a 3 star. The location is not close to downtown, or the airport. The beds are terrible, and extremely stiff and uncomfortable!! The shower was tiny, no working refrigerator, and the AC only worked part of the time!

The restaurant was set outside in an olive orchard with fairy lights strung from tree to tree, so just perfect for a sultry summer evening. We had suppli, for the uninitiated fried rice balls stuffed with mozzarella, (super tasty) followed by pizza, (delicious) No room for desert! Staff were friendly and professional. Can't fault it!

Disappointed trip Breakfast typical continental- very busy at times - room okay - air con worked - no bar or swimming pool ( 10 euros a day) and closes at 6 . We worked 10-4 so not ideal. Extremely run down and outside filthy, litter and weeds and broken beer bottles . No restaurants

As soon as we found them, they asked us to leave a €50 cash deposit, which they returned to us upon checkout after checking the room for damage.
