Newly built and ideally located. Excellent service.
Comfortable property, friendly staff.
The location was a bit remote, and the room's scent was a little too strong. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
A great choice for families, great value for money. The breakfast was average, and the service was friendly, attentive, and attentive. The kids loved it, and so did the adults. I'd definitely stay here again. Also, there's a popular pizza place within walking distance.
Hampton by Hilton Rome North Fiano Romano was clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a good variety. Convenient location for drivers with easy access to Rome. Great value – would definitely stay again!
Good quality-price ratio. Suitable for families. However, be aware that it is a bit far from the center of Rome, as advertised on the website.

The hotel has very polite, competent and courteous staff and every morning I received a friendly welcome at the breakfast :-)
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and welcoming facility.
I loved my visit here! Fiano Romano is an ideal spot for stopping on the busy A1 autostrada, and this hotel is very convenient for that. It's friendly and welcoming (to both me and my dog), the room I was assigned was fantastic (huge and comfortable, with a tea-coffee making corner) and there was a welcome gift for both canine and human waiting upon arrival. Wi-Fi was good and the breakfast delicious...
Great value for money. Superfriendly staff. Good!!!
Fine hotel, good value, but the real star here was the breakfast, which was fantastic! Worth getting for sure, the best breakfast we had in Italy.
Very helpful staff, rooms very clean, would stay here again when working in the area

OK rooms, but food like you are not in Italy, but in a very cheap motel somewhere in northern Europe..
👎👎👎The TV was too small, the bed headboard was worn out, the breakfast was cold without much choice, the woman at breakfast was too slow, the receptionist insisted on the highest rating... 👍👍👍the fridge in the room, proximity to the highway, proximity to the shopping center, private parking
We stopped here to charge the car and could not fault the amazing staff. They were kind with our puppy, we bought food and I'm leaving they have us complimentary water..I have stayed at a lot of uk Hamptons ( a lot!) and this felt like home because of the service . I recommend it as a destination. Thanks guys!
We were guests of this hotel last weekend. It is located in a strategic place, at the Roma Nord highway exit. The room is comfortable, clean, well organized. The breakfast is well organized, with products prepared by them. A special applause goes to the staff, especially Samuele. He was an excellent guide on how to get to Rome center without spending too much, but above all he is a very kind guy in...
I stayed in this hotel two weeks ago for work. I had been missing relaxation since last year, but I found it to be as clean and better than before as the rooms were clean and equipped with every comfort, a plentiful breakfast and Sara's kindness and helpfulness were always unparalleled. I highly recommend it!
A courtesy, cleanliness, friendliness, discretion... rarely encountered. I travel a lot for work and I will definitely be back, thank you so much for your hospitality. The room ? Welcoming, very clean, dark at night (finally) very quiet. One flaw, I didn't find my peated whiskey... obviously I'm joking. Thanks Massimo Pulejo

Hi I Pini is excellent for small families. The cabin was spotless when we arrived with enough amenities to make sure we could cater for the family when we didn’t buy dinner. The lagoon pool is outstanding. It’s soft floor and various slides means the children are safe and have an amazing time. The facilities are brilliant and all the bar/restaurant staff are amazing.
We had a fantastic time staying at hu I pini village as a family of 5 (children 9, 8 and 5). Although peak time and the park was clearly full it never felt too busy and was still relaxing. The location for visiting local areas Rome along with local hill towns was perfect. The pool complex was great with the soft bouncy pool lining great for the kids. There were plenty of sun loungers. The entertainment...
The restaurants food was good, but long wait. The guides or Hu I staff for the kids were wonderful, good entertainment.
We recommends you have a car, otherwise it will be difficult to get around, as the shuttlebuss is limited.
Most people don’t speak English, so have translater opportunities.
We visited for 3 weeks in July this year. We wanted to visit Rome and this seemed a good option without a car. The manager, Federico and his family, really made the holiday for us - he really couldn't do any more. He worked so hard to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you so much.
Very very nice property with lots of amenities. Just a little farther from town
For Rome, Europe, this is just a super option! For its price, it's just perfect! Pool, clean houses, all amenities, a full set of dishes and equipment, greenery around, parking right next to the house for a rented car! Cool! I recommend it to everyone!

A pleasant discovery: I found this hotel online based on reviews. Friendly staff, new and clean room, and a great location right off the ring road. A generous breakfast and a fair price. Highly recommended.
Perfect overnight stay. Clean and tidy room. Very new. Good breakfast, with a little bit of everything. I recommend it.
Far from the center bud I liked my stay in the newly renevated rooms very much, nice and clean pool and friendly staff
Our driver dropped us off the wrong hotel. They called us a taxi. And kept us dry from the rain while we waited
Perfect place to visit Rome. It's just far enough and close enough at the same time. Great Continental breakfast
Fantastic base. 1.15 mins from airport

It is very nice hotel. I will back to it next time.
We came first time to rome and this place makes you feel so at home thanks to Andrea he was so accommodating and welcoming
It's important to come to unknown country and to get such a nice quite hotel out the way
We got taxi or bus to city great place amazing shopping centre nearby the staff were so accommodating.
Breakfast was good and we were overall happy
The room is clean and comfortable and have all needed amenities. The breakfast is great and with a lot of options. The hotel is far from the center area but bus station is located directly beside the hotel.
Great hotel with busstop on the street! The rooms are luxury and nice bathroom. Only the airco doesn’t worked very well for me. But the breakfast and other stuff was really nice!
The hotel was very nice, and so was the staff. The restaurant was top-notch and reasonably priced. The only downside is the location, a bit far from the city center if you're not driving, as the buses don't work very well in Rome. And getting from the airport to the hotel was an odyssey. But everything else was 10/10.
The breakfast had a large variety of authentic Italian dishes. The people working were very helpful in figuring out the day’s itinerary. The room was comfortable with an AC made the room perfect temperature. They ordered a taxi for us and gave us breakfast to go when we were in hurry.

The facilities are so-so. The hotel's negative aspects are offset by the friendliness of the staff.
Good hotel near the A24 exit. Full breakfast, but it's a shame the room had a drain problem in the bathroom.
Excellent. It also has an underground parking lot, making it a great choice for those arriving by car.
A beautiful, well-equipped, and very clean resort. The only inconvenience is that if you return after midnight with your car, you have to leave it outside and then walk to your bungalow. However, you can also avoid walking, as an electric vehicle will take you there.

We stayed in this hotel during the Christmas days. The rooms are small but very welcoming. We chose the room on the first floor with a window and a small terrace. We only had one problem with the small bed base, some slats fell, while we were out they fixed the bed base. It has a plentiful and good breakfast.
Location far from public transport and far from the centre, but reception open 24 hours a day. Rather nice hotel, all new and with nice furnishings. There were no toiletries in the room. What a beautiful and quaint hotel on the outskirts in Rome. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel to take you to the terminus. There are restaurants and shops located in the area in walking distance. They have very clean rooms and the breakfast served daily is nice.
Nice, renovated, smiling people
Our stay here was very quiet, comfortable and the entire staff treated us very well.

We liked the place very much and enjoyed staying there. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Though it is located at some distance from the centre , the subway is just 150 m away so it really does not matter. The house is on a picturesque hill and climbing the stairs is good for your health:)
Everything was fine. It's close to the metro.
The outdoor bathroom is a bit awkward, but nothing serious.

Very charming and quiet place to stay. Although an old villa, the rental rooms are beautifully remodeled, with good architectural features, and modern infrastructure. Our room (apartment A) was bright and sunny, with a pleasant and clean bathroom/shower. Local restaurants highly recommended: Kita (Asian), Hosteria Meneniio Agrippa(Roman), and great hamburgers at The Butcher Shop.
We had a wonderful rest here! Very quaint with a lot of history. Paula was a lovely host! Our bedroom was small and we are not. We used the couch and the bed, which was fine. Outstanding overnight stay, while completing our Via di San Francesco Camino into Roma. Beautiful building/decor full of family history. Spacious room (Athena). Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast. Good hotel for traveling up and down the autostrada. Walking distance from a few cafes, pizzerias and a shopping mall. Great value. Above average breakfast.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, terrible WiFi!

Ok hotel but could be better

You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill.

Very nice quiet place and convenient to take public transportation to most tourist visiting places in city centre. Super markets and restaurants are within minutes walk. Hotel staff are nice and breakfast with the price is fantastic.
The location is excellent; the city center and Termini Station are easily accessible by public transportation. The breakfast was quite generous, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
Facilities: Fairly complete.
Environment: Quiet, despite being outside the heart of Rome, but well worth the price. The metro station is less than a ten-minute walk away.

I arrived with low expectations due to the mixed reviews but was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the quality of service. While the hotel clearly shows its age, our room was well-maintained and comfortable.
The location, however, may be a drawback for some travelers — it is approximately 20 to 45 minutes from the Vatican, and transportation to the airport by Uber cost around...
Overall, this price is a good choice. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the Vatican.
The hotel has a very good location and offers great value for money. The furniture was brand new, while the overall decoration carried a unique 1980s vintage atmosphere, which gave the place a special character. The room was spacious, very clean, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming.
