I loved my visit here! Fiano Romano is an ideal spot for stopping on the busy A1 autostrada, and this hotel is very convenient for that. It's friendly and welcoming (to both me and my dog), the room I was assigned was fantastic (huge and comfortable, with a tea-coffee making corner) and there was a welcome gift for both canine and human waiting upon arrival. Wi-Fi was good and the breakfast delicious...

I stayed in this hotel two weeks ago for work. I had been missing relaxation since last year, but I found it to be as clean and better than before as the rooms were clean and equipped with every comfort, a plentiful breakfast and Sara's kindness and helpfulness were always unparalleled. The air conditioner didn't work and there was visible mold. The elevator worked the first day and was out of service the next. There was a safe and fridge in our room. The service was good.

Hi I Pini is excellent for small families. The cabin was spotless when we arrived with enough amenities to make sure we could cater for the family when we didn’t buy dinner. The lagoon pool is outstanding. It’s soft floor and various slides means the children are safe and have an amazing time. The facilities are brilliant and all the bar/restaurant staff are amazing.

We had a fantastic time staying at hu I pini village as a family of 5 (children 9, 8 and 5). Although peak time and the park was clearly full it never felt too busy and was still relaxing. The restaurants food was good, but long wait. The guides or Hu I staff for the kids were wonderful, good entertainment. We recommends you have a car, otherwise it will be difficult to get around, as the shuttlebuss is limited. Most people don’t speak English, so have translater opportunities.

We visited for 3 weeks in July this year. We wanted to visit Rome and this seemed a good option without a car. The manager, Federico and his family, really made the holiday for us - he really couldn't do any more. He worked so hard to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you so much.

For Rome, Europe, this is just a super option! For its price, it's just perfect! Pool, clean houses, all amenities, a full set of dishes and equipment, greenery around, parking right next to the house for a rented car! Cool! I recommend it to everyone!

This is a charming hotel located about 20 minutes outside of Rome. It was the perfect location for what I needed. There was free parking, air conditioning, and an elevator. The breakfast served in the morning was super and everyone was very helpful and kind. I loved the small cozy size of the place and it was kept very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Family run hotel, very hospitable & friendly. The pool was beautiful & a welcome relief from the heat. Having a lift to & from the station was very helpful. It is a short train ride x 30 minutes into Flaminio Station, and easy walk from there to central Rome sites via Piazza de Popolo. Local restaurant in walking distance. I appreciate the time that I have spent it in this Hotel, people who manage it weither in its reciption or cafe/bar or cleaners, they all assist you with worm hospitality... like the revenewed rooms' section ,the healthy open car area and the cozzy well equipt gym is realy features that you should avalue... my best regard to the laydy and jents who used to care us at break fast, my regards to everyone...

Hotel staff was more than friendly. The service to take you to the bearest bus-train was unique for my exoeriences on hotels and disfance covering to transportation means. Breakfast was a little bit poor. Rooms are clean and spacy.

The hotel was very nice, and so was the staff. The restaurant was top-notch and reasonably priced. The only downside is the location, a bit far from the city center if you're not driving, as the buses don't work very well in Rome. And getting from the airport to the hotel was an odyssey. But everything else was 10/10.

The breakfast had a large variety of authentic Italian dishes. The people working were very helpful in figuring out the day’s itinerary. The room was comfortable with an AC made the room perfect temperature. They ordered a taxi for us and gave us breakfast to go when we were in hurry.

A great evonomic hotel to be outside of traffic and noise

My husband and I visited this hotel Sept 2021 whilst doing the Via Francesco. We enjoyed our stay, the hotel had everything we needed. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. It was situated right next door to a big shopping centre which was very handy for topping up our supplies.

Excellent management. Cleanliness and courtesy are always a pleasure. A beautiful, well-equipped, and very clean resort. The only inconvenience is that if you return after midnight with your car, you have to leave it outside and then walk to your bungalow. However, you can also avoid walking, as an electric vehicle will take you there.

We stayed in this hotel during the Christmas days. The rooms are small but very welcoming. We chose the room on the first floor with a window and a small terrace. We only had one problem with the small bed base, some slats fell, while we were out they fixed the bed base. It has a plentiful and good breakfast.

Location far from public transport and far from the centre, but reception open 24 hours a day. Rather nice hotel, all new and with nice furnishings. There were no toiletries in the room. The strong point is the truly superb breakfast. Very good and varied. Too bad that being far from the center, it is suitable for those with a car because there is private parking. What a beautiful and quaint hotel on the outskirts in Rome. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel to take you to the terminus. There are restaurants and shops located in the area in walking distance. They have very clean rooms and the breakfast served daily is nice.

Our stay here was very quiet, comfortable and the entire staff treated us very well. They even went out of their way to give us other hotel reference in the area, unusual but that detail let me know how humble they are. Definitely would stay here again... Two thumbs up for Hotel Darival...

We book this hotel through Booking. Booking has a bug, when setting 2 adults and 2 babies, the hotel gets info that client needs stay for 4 people. Since we had twins with twin stroller I wrote the hotel to get an accessible room. Very charming and quiet place to stay. Although an old villa, the rental rooms are beautifully remodeled, with good architectural features, and modern infrastructure. Our room (apartment A) was bright and sunny, with a pleasant and clean bathroom/shower. Local restaurants highly recommended: Kita (Asian), Hosteria Meneniio Agrippa(Roman), and great hamburgers at The Butcher Shop.

We had a wonderful rest here! Very quaint with a lot of history. Paula was a lovely host! Our bedroom was small and we are not. We used the couch and the bed, which was fine. The croissants were so good and loved the coffee for breakfast! The only downfall for me were the steps! It was a great way to get your steps in!

The room was very clean and had a good terrace, where you could enjoy your afternoon or evening.

Our stay at the Hotel Aurora was brief but enjoyable. It took us a moment to figure out how to turn the lights on, and the air conditioning could have been better, but the shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable! The following morning they had a lot of great breakfast pastries and made some great coffee! Not a bad place to stay if you're visiting Rome!

Outstanding overnight stay, while completing our Via di San Francesco Camino into Roma. Beautiful building/decor full of family history. Spacious room (Athena). Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast. Several times I have stayed at the hotel, pleasant treatment, correct facilities and nearby you have metro and bus. The only thing that would improve would be the breakfast, it is somewhat scarce and the last two times the pastries are somewhat dry.
