Vincenzo and Marco were very warm, polite and helpfull. The room was quite nice, clean and tidy every day but not so bright and without a balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice. Breakfast was O.K. The area was aristocratic and safe, 3 minutes from a big fantastic park and very close to Spanish stairs area. It's a good choice, worth staying.

It's large room in a good, quiet location that is still fairly central. The facilities are nice and modern with an aircon that keeps the room cool. The staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions when asked.

The only negative is that the aircon can be fairly loud at times. It wasn't a problem for us, but it may be for a light sleeper.

Super friendly welcome, large nice room, great for a short stay. Would book it again at any time. Disturbance: the accommodation is not so easy to find. Quite hidden, and only mentioned at the door bell.

My rate is 5,, more than a hotel, excellent location, room is marvelous, we stayed in triple room, decorated superb, big room , you can enter by both code and keys given by reception, you can leave luggage before check in and after check out, You can enjoy free coffee and snacks in room free of charge, Definitely I will recommend my friends and stay again.

BE AWARE BEFORE BOOKING Have to take it up here as didn't manage to resolve this privately. We booked this hotel in October and unfortunately had to cancel it later in November. Booking was for December via email. No reservation number was given to us by the hotel neither a confirmation of receipt of email of our booking details. As I said we sent a cancellation email to the hotel in mid-Novemeber and on the day we were supposed to check in we received an email. I sent an email to the hotel noting that we had sent them a cancellation email and they are saying that they didn't receive it (i provided multiple proofs of email). In the meantime over €300 are being blocked from our bank account from their end. Further emails and whatsapp messages were and are still being sent from my end and are not being answered from them. Please becareful before booking this hotel!!

This is a guest house, the location is next door to Harry’s bar, very close to all Rome has to offer. The owner was lovely, she communicated before our stay and was there to greet us upon arrival. The room we had was room 9, beautiful room, very modern, minimal and quirky. The en-suite bathroom was very modern with a shower, toilet and bidet. The shower was excellent. The cleanliness was exceptional. The beds were comfy. There was a safe, fridge and hairdryer. There were fresh towels. Honestly you couldn’t ask for anymore from a 3 star accommodation, it was more 4 stars in my opinion. I would book here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for having us we loved our stay!
