City Life Rome B&B
City Life Rome Hotel was a quaint and enjoyable bed-and-breakfast experience.
The staff at City Life Rome was friendly and kind. They responded to every question and stayed in communication during our visit. The accommodations were adequate for the 3 of us. A larger room would've been appreciated, but we managed.
The breakfast was delicious and fresh. We especially enjoyed the warm, fresh croissants. We had ample access to mini-marts, souvenir shops, restaurants, and local markets.
The location was very convenient to the Metro station which provided access to trains, buses, and hop-on-hop-off bus. We were very pleased with the location.
The building felt very secure since it required access to 3 secured areas in order to get to our personal effects.

I stayed at CityLife Rome from 8 - 10 May 2025 before I had to depart on an organised tour of Europe and found it to be in a perfect location for my first visit to Rome. Mila and Andrea's father (sorry I forgot his name) were so helpful. Mila gave me directions to the Hop-on-Hop- off buses as well as where to get a taxi on the day I checked out - she even walked outside with me and pointed out exactly which way I had to walk to get to these places. The room was lovely and the breakfast brought to my room was delicious. I also really appreciated them keeping my luggage for me after I checked out on 10 May and even trusting me enough to give me a key to the premises so I could fetch it later as they would not be there - I've never had such an experience before! The only thing I regret is that I booked a different hotel when I returned to Rome on 20 May 2025 again after my tour. If ever I'm lucky enough to visit Rome again I would without hesitation stay at CityLife Rome again.

I came from Texas to stay in Rome for my friend’s birthday. My friends were staying 3 minutes away. As a single woman traveling across the country , I felt safe coming to rest my head here! The room was just enough space for me and another guest if I wanted. (Shuttle service, Nice Bed,Kitchenette, nice shower, sofa t that can unfold into a bed) I was able to log into my Netflix or use my HDMI port if I didn’t want to watch RomeTv.
Mila was such a gracious host. Words cannot express how attending and welcoming she was to me. The room was beautifully decorated with a wonderful cleaning team and nice breakfast delivered every morning.

The room was very dark, breakfast was brought to the dark room in the morning. It was very well laid out. You always had to give an exact time, which is annoying on vacation. There are no parking spaces in the area, a parking garage costs €35/day. Due to incorrect information from the hotel, our car was towed away. Very nice vacation. At least the hotel covered the costs. The hotel is not suitable for arriving by car. We will come to Rome again, but will definitely choose a different hotel.

Good location close to Roma Termini. Their breakfast is 5 star. Otherwise ok. Clean enough but compared with everywhere else we stayed in Italy wasn’t well provisioned and a bit tired for the price. Bed is comfy.

I chose to stay at City Life the night before my flight home from Rome to the US. The B&B is conveniently located within walking distance from Roma Termini train station, which is the primary reason I booked. The owners of the B&B were so friendly at check-in and very helpful, providing a map of the area and restaurant recommendations. My room was very clean and spacious, as well as comfortable. The bathroom was great as well, and I found the shower to be great. Water pressure was fine and the shower was more spacious than some others I encountered during my 3 weeks in Italy. The breakfast the next morning was wonderful - it felt very personal because at check in the owners ask you what time you want breakfast and what selections you would like. And it’s brought right to your room exactly at the time you requested. My only complaint would be that there is sometimes noise from neighbors late at night it seems, but that’s no fault of the B&B at all. Also the overhead lights emit a faint light even when the switch is off, but it was fine and didn’t keep me up at all. Wonderful B&B - would recommend to others and stay here again if I ever find myself in Rome again.

Exceptional attention to detail Id inadvertently booked one less night than required and although they were fully booked they endeavoured to help me out with repeat calls texts and follow ups Instructions to access the property were accurate and extensive The room was quaint I had the Berlin room …the other rooms are also named after major cities I was asked what I wanted for breakfast which was superb and in fact which I had part for bfast then morning tea The b and b is in very close proximity to the main train station

Stayed for 2 nights whilst stopping over from Perguia. Was a cute little room, comfy bed with plenty of space and quiet from the busy streets. Breakfast was good, delivered to our room in the morning. Unfortunately we had to leave early on the last day, however the staff were kind enough to give us a breakfast voucher for a next door cafe that opened earlier which was really good!
Location wise, walkable distance to trevi, Spanish steps, train station and bus tour stops.
Definitely enjoyed our visit and would recommend!

Room "Barcelona" welcoming, well decorated, very clean, quiet overlooking a patio. Good bedding, space, storage. Hearty breakfast, served in the room. Attentive, friendly, smiling and caring staff. Hotel with only 5 rooms, on the first floor, well located, secure, close to the centre, the train station and the metro. Many restaurants nearby and within walking distance. It was perfect !
