Spazio Cavour Guesthouse

Great place! The room and bathroom are super clean and new. Towels, aircon, good price, good location, breakfast included... And Claudia is lovely! If I come back to Italy I’ll repeat, totally recommended.

Good and clean

Very clean bed and breakfast with fast internet and centrally located close to all major tourist and historical sites in Rome. However note that there are two flights of stairs to get to the rooms and there is no lift.

The cleanliness, in first place. The furniture is new and good quality, and the kitchen is fitted for breakfast or light dinner. But nothing would be possible without a good manager which, at the time we arrived, was Marina. I understood that the place changed ownership during our stay and Marina had to go so i don't know if the excellent condition will be mantained. The included breakfast was at Il Lunch bar 50-60 meters away, same street, and it was ok for early in the morning, croissant and coffee. We didn't feel the need for something heavier. The neighborhood is quiet and it felt very safe and most of attractions are within walking distance. For Termini, when leaving the city, i recommend the metro and not the bus even that the last appears more appealing. In the end, i gave the good rating for our actual stay and not for future one and want to thank to Marina and wish her best.

Thin walls are a problem if you have a neighbor who snore or a noisy one.

Location is perfect for sightseeing - half an hour walk to the main tourist spots. The accommodation itself is great, too. Very modern and stylish rooms.
