Location is perfect, staff is nice and helpful. 
Room is very very old, needs renovation.
Too many steps to reach hotel, no elevator, if you have any luggage it is a problem.

The stay was very welcoming, the receptionist was very attentive and the location couldn't be better. The bathroom could be improved. A highly recommended stay!

BAD STRUCTURE. The rooms are not like in the pictures, for the price paid I expected a lot more. Mold, peeling walls, broken bathroom door .. I stayed in a handsomely paid suite but the fridge was broken. When we asked for another one, we were told that as soon as a room became available they would make a replacement. We had no fridge in August with 40 degrees. We asked to use their fridge at least to cool a bottle of water but we were refused. ZERO AVAILABILITY.

Beautiful room. Strong proximity with all the places to see.
Didn't look like much from the outside
But once inside the comfort is total.

We decided to try a change from our usual H brand mega hotel chain and went for a historical facility in the heart of the city in walking distance to food, shopping and sites. Our first surprise was the exterior was unmarked but our driver from the airport knew to use the intercom for the desk clerk who buzzed us in. The second surprise was the he is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. He came down to help carry the luggage. Because of the boutique nature of the hotel each room is different. He showed us the available rooms and let us pick ours on the 3rd floor (more steps). Upkeep of the rooms is slipping with paint starting to peel. I would not recommend this facility for impaired mobility and definitely not for wheelchairs. The buffet breakfast consisted of a platter of cold cuts and cheese, pastries, coffee, etc.
