Danilo the owner was rude lied and said we would receive 100% reimbursement We were treated very poorly. We had NO HOT WATER FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. WE WERE IN ROME FOR MY SON WEDDING. NEEDLESS TO SAY OUR TRIP WAS RUINED. RENTERS BEWARE.

As we walk in the door the owner accuses us of slamming her door not the door but her door. It went downhill from there as she is very nasty. We did not stay and left immediately

It's very close to the Vatican Museums, just a 5-minute walk. There are good restaurants downstairs, shops and pharmacies are also nearby, and the subway station is just steps away, making it a very convenient location for sightseeing.

Myself & my husband had a really wonderful stay here for 4 nights. Very comfortable bed and clean room with great facilities. Little fridge, bottled water, kettle, toiletries, air conditioning & lovely view of the square! Very close to St Peter’s Square plus 5mins walk to the Metro. Also very amiable host. Would stay here again definitely.

My wife and I stayed for 1 night at the property, the girl was really friendly and nice. Highly recommended also for the tactical position being close to the stop and the Vatican. Clean and quiet place

It was a great experience with no nasty surprises. I found the room and bathroom to be really clean and tidy. Excellent and courteous welcome. Truly unique location just a stone's throw from St. Peter's. I wish all bnb's were like this!

Danilo was very kind and helpful, the apartment was clean spacious and comfortable.

BE AWARE! The owner charged my credit card already two times and does not respond any phone call, email or whatsapp. As far as i know, reading other opinions (which, i dont know why, are alredy deleted) he did the same for the other guests. BE CAREFUL! THIEF!!!

My girlfriend and I stayed here this month over the Easter holidays, and what can I say? We had a wonderful time. The comfort and elegance, the location, and the view from the room were top notch. The owner, Danilo, was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind; he was always available to help us with anything we needed during our three-day stay. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit to the splendid Italian capital. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, WE FELT AT HOME, AD MAJORA

“EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!”
A fantastic house in every way. Centrally located, all rooms overlook the dome of St. Peter's. The house is clean, tastefully and simply furnished. Danilo is truly helpful, welcoming us with great kindness and showing us the itinerary for the two days on a map. We had dinner where he recommended it and had a wonderful time. Finding a house that exceeded our expectations and such a kind person made our weekend even more special and relaxing. Thank you, and see you soon!
