Really disappointed when I see the room . So outdated and small . Bathroom floor wet at all the time that tap leaks , cleanliness so poor . Kids are complaining about the status of the room . Breakfast free but only cappuccinos and croissants .Can’t recommend to anyone

Essentially we arrived at the hotel and to our surprise we were lead to another appartment some distance away not at the address we previously hooked in, we were lead down an alley way of a not so desirable road with our 3 children in tow.
Not only was the room we were given was insuffeicant in size but lacked the addition bed we needed. On our booking dot com form it clearly states we are a party of 5.

We tried to explain this to the prioritor of the hotel and he became difficult and borderline aggressive.
Attempting to make it our issue saying we booked a quadruple room.  This was in contrast to the receptionist who explained that room we were suppose to get that did have 5 beds had been given to a party who had extended there stay at short notice.
The room that we were now in, not only was it dirty but was unsanitary due to still having previous occupants clothing in it, and an unflushed stool in the toilet discovered by my horrified 12yr old.
At this point we felt compelled to find alternative accommodation else where due to the extremely poor quality of the environment we found ourselves in.

Made the booking. But did not get the room. Reached late night and there was no staff to talk to personally. What a harrasment!!

Bottom line-- Hotel Viennese itself might be fine, but they bait-and-switch to Viennese Due for the same price which is a shabby, unclean hotel with staff that appear to be dishonest (they may be directed to overcharge by management, it's unclear).

We were encouraged by positive ratings of this hotel, but unfortunately had a very poor experience with it. We booked this hotel online for one night's stay prior to departure from Roma Termini to the airport; the price is affordable for the location, and we were hoping for a clean room. On arrival in the evening we were told that Hotel Viennese was completely booked (despite our online booking the previous day) and our only option was to stay in a nearby hotel "Viennese Due" for the same price. At this point other nearby hotels/hostels were booked so we had no other option. Viennese Due is nearby, about one block away, but it was an absolutely **terrible hotel**: poor cleanliness, both of the rooms we were shown had broken items-- no functioning A/C which was ok, but in the first room the fan didn't function on a hot night and the showerhead was broken beyond use. The second room which we gave up and stayed in had a bathroom that wreaked of mold, and in fact had black mold visibly encrusting the area around the sink. Other aspects of room cleanliness and repair were not great. Desk clerk attempted to charge the "Bed & Breakfast" rate for the Rome hotel tax, which is required in cash; relented on being shown our online booking.

It's a good place for a budget traveller.the greatest advantage is its just across the termini station Rome.its on the second floor of an old building, cramped passages and small bathroom and a very old lift.well if you consider a place just to sleep it's good.the breakfast has to be eaten from a bakery
nearby ,for which coupons are issued and the breakfast is very basic a single croissant of your choice and a coffee.

Rooms small but complete of everything, including a Laptop with internet connection. Staff reduced to the minimum but very helpful. Fridge in room not working. Cleaning is not excellent. Breakfast is included with an outdoor bar and a convention with a restaurant.

Balances in Rome, but this time it went just fine. Small hotel opposite the Termini station, room small but cosy. Clean and helpful staff, in January, the double room we paid only 45 euro.
