Lovely hotel, polite staff and clean rooms. If you don’t mind walking it’s great, as you’ll have to do quite a bit! Around 15-20 minute walk from Termini station. Around 15 minute walk to the nearest Metro station. The Colosseum is around a 20-25 minute walk, and most other sights further than this. Going somewhere like Rome, walking is always expected though! A short walk from the hotel you can...
spacious room but 8-10 mins walk from Metro or bus The room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to place luggage, which was a big plus. Room is generally quiet. - The only downside is the location, as it takes about 8–10 minutes to walk to the nearest metro or bus stop. - There was a small fridge but was not cold
Clean. About 15-20mins walk to Roma Termini station. We stayed there for 3 nights, room service everyday with all the sheets and towels changed. The only problem that we had but didn’t trouble us too much was the shower door can’t stay closed while having a shower
First and foremost, if you value peace and quiet, definitely avoid this place. There are what look like large fans or blowers between the buildings, and from what I observed, every room except those facing the street is affected – and even those are noisy. On the upside, the cleanliness is good with daily sanitization, the price is decent, and the service attitude is also quite good. It’s a 7-minute...
The room is clean n bright, the young man in receptionist is super helpful and friendly. I booked for tge exclusive room, which i thought we will have coffee n tea in the room , however they apparently do not serve them. The staff are friendly, room is comfortable n clean, only guests need to be careful, because the stairs adjacent right beside the lift, and the lights are not very bright, which if...

Rome, Via Degli Orti Di Trastevere 3, 00153 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is in a decent location not far from Trastevere. I got an older room clearly not like the ones the hotel is promoting. It had a small kitchen. But had nothing for it, not even some utensils. The room was big but dated. Wouldn’t mind staying again. My room was by the road and was a bit noisy at times from the road.
Great hotel great location great service Only downside was that the mattresses were very soft and quite old, however we asked for them to be replaced and it was done!!!
The hotel was fantastic overall! The staff, the huge room, the cleanliness, the amazing breakfast, and the unbeatable location. I would definitely stay again!
The rooms on the top floor of the building appear to have been created following an expansion that wasn't very ergonomically successful. Routine maintenance work is rough, with obvious paint chips and smudges. The room was quite dirty, especially under the bed and on the floor. The electrical system needs updating.
The staff were lovely and the family room was fantastic for travelling with two toddlers. All the major sites were really easily accessible from the bus stop nearby and there was a great supermarket just around the corner. I would definitely stay at Hotel Ripa again.
Nice hotel with a modern vibe. Good breakfast. If you’re looking for a crash pad in a good area then stay here. The staff couldn’t care less if you’re staying there. They don’t even bother with a greeting, let alone a smile. It’s quite bemusing as I live in Europe and travel a lot, especially to Italy.

Good location near the train station. Nice guy at the reception. Good breakfast. Bed a little hard. Good shower
Excellent location - a few min walk from Roma Termini train station/airpot train and sight seeing busses.  Great value for money, room was clean, aircon was excellent, friendly staff.
Rooms as expected very small , beds hard a s a rock very eroupe. But staff super nice. Location location location. Very easy to take Bus or subway or train. Also airport drop off amazing . Area is not bad even at night . Possibly other side of tracks maybe worse lol.
It is 1 min away from the SIT bus from Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports at Termini Station. The Terravision bus stop is further away. Clean, nice staff. The hot water for making tea at reception is unreliable. There is no kettle in the room.
Convenient location. Friendly staff. Really helped us all the way.
Very small bathrooms as well as no air conditioning in the room. In summer it's very uncomfortable to stay in the room with just normal fan system which seems like air conditioning system but is not. Location wise good near to rome train station
You are 2 minutes away from Termini. It was great to walk with our suitcases to get access to the train and buses. It was perfect! The good was good. The sweets were fresh and the different choices of coffee were excellent. Good variety of cold cuts and cheeses. It could not have been better. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. It was clean and spacious. I would only...

I'm really glad I chose this hotel. It's a beautiful hotel. They're clean, helpful, friendly, and cheerful. The hotel is located 15 minutes from Rome. There's a shuttle bus in the morning to drop you off near Rome. They also pick you up at a designated location. A taxi from the city to the hotel costs 20 euros before 8:30 PM. After 9:00 PM, the fare is around 40 euros. The people in Rome themselves...
The location is a bit far from the city center, but there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is nice. I don't recommend the food at the hotel restaurant. The pool water is too cold, and there's a separate daily fee for its use.
The environment was fantastic and very clean, plus there's a swimming pool! A complimentary bottle of water was provided in the room. However, security needs serious attention as my door was opened twice during my stay – once by a staff member and another time by an unknown person. On a positive note, the front desk attendant was excellent; his English was good, and he was able to help me arrange a...
The facilities were fully equipped and luxurious. Upon stepping into the room, I was immediately struck by its spaciousness and brightness. The decor was modern and chic, yet maintained a warm and welcoming ambiance. The bedding was incredibly soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress offered the perfect balance of firmness and comfort, guaranteeing a high-quality sleep every night. The bathroom...

The service has improved, but it's still just okay. I felt that some of the staff were discriminatory towards Chinese guests.
Nice Room Very Good breakfast.
Good hotel but location is poor
The location is quite good, and it's suitable for those driving as free parking is available, so you don't have to worry about your car being stolen or damaged. The breakfast was decent, but there's nothing else to really mention. The room's condition, as shown in the attached photos, included small bugs in the bathroom sink.
Located on the ring road, next to a warehouse district, the hotel has its own parking lot with cameras. The lobby is staffed 24/7, and security guards conduct regular patrols. For those traveling by car, it feels quite safe. The gym is small but sufficient for a workout, and breakfast offers a good variety. When I arrived in the evening, the front desk lady's attitude was really poor, but Alessio,...

Friendly staff. Building is not in great shape. Good location to restaurants. Fairly close to historical sites.
The hotel was great. The staff was attentive, polite, and the room was fantastic. It was a GREAT hotel experience.
The hotel is a floor in a building. Not an entire building so took us a while to realise. Lots of decor work going on in the stairwell. Once inside it’s absolutely fine, typically Italian with lots of tv channels but don’t expect anything in English. We enjoyed it and for the money it was totally fine.
Convenient location, short walk to Termini, Metro station and bus stop near hotel. Area is safe lots of restaurants within walking distance.. Room was clean, bathroom sink needed some updating, in older building that needed some repairs, hotel occupied the fourth floor of the building and was modern, building has elevator but we mostly used stairs. The place is relatively far from the station, getting up and down by a very small lift, which can only accommodate one person plus two suitcases. The room was small but adequate, a bit old-fashioned but the location was convenient for transport. The breakfast area was nice, but the food itself felt like what you get everywhere in Europe. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, and I noticed quite a few Chinese guests staying here.
To be honest, the hotel is a bit old. It's rare to stay in a place where you still need a physical key to open the door. The key itself is quite heavy and large, making it a little inconvenient to carry around. The soundproofing in the room isn't great; I could still hear kids making a lot of noise upstairs at 1 AM. However, its location is super convenient, very close to the main train station. The...
The hotel is well-located, and most monuments are within walking distance. The rooms are clean, but there's no kettle or coffee maker. The breakfast is decent, but there aren't many options for those who don't eat ham. No eggs, no fresh juice.
Nice clean hotel very close to termini and good access to transport. Simple room has what you need and is good for people who are going to be out through the day.
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. However, I had an issue with the shower – there was no shower curtain, so water went everywhere, which was quite inconvenient. Other than that, the location near the station was great!
I like more the layout of the room and big lobby, compared to the other Hote I lived near by two days ago. So close to Termini station. Definitely I will revisit next time in Rome.
The hotel location is close to the train station and very accessible. The room is clean and comfortable.
The hotel has a really good location, near Termini and you have metro and bus near for everywhere at all times. The room was pretty, big and with a lot of mirrors and good lighting and we also found the beds confortable. The staff was nice and let us store our bags after check out before out flight.
An enjoyable stay indeed! The location is great for tourism, you can commute easily in any place in any time you want. The room was small but very comfortable - neat, fresh, with the right temperature (+AC), proper lighting for sleep, comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very clean, everything worked. Wifi was flawless. I also liked the old-fashioned design of the room, it was charming.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, great shower and good breakfast. Ideal location for walking to lots of key sites.
The place was nice, clean. The stuff super nice. The problem we had was that the room was facing the street. The windows are super old and you could even hear people talking walking on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. There was delivery trucks and garbage trucks pick up in the night or very early in the morning. Super noisy.
The staff was phenomenal. They made our stay super special and surprised us with a very warm welcome. The girls working the front desk and the ones in the breakfast area were fantastic, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Rome. The hotel located in very very perfect location. Just doorstep from the main station. However room is a bit old but overall inside was clean. If considering with location, overall restaurant and hotels nearby. This hotel considering as your perfect choice. Also internet wifi is very fast. Worth to stay.
Stayed for a night when i reached rome and it was really close to termini station. Room was very basic. Good for short stay
The hotel is right across from the train station, but I have to say, Rome Termini station is huge, and I had to walk quite a distance around it to get to the hotel. I landed at the airport at 11:30 PM on a Friday night, and after taking the bus directly to the station, I finally reached the hotel around 1 AM. Rome has increased its police presence now. The staff made our stay perfect. They were so attentive and pleasant. Mel and team made fantastic cappuccinos for my wife and I every morning with a lovely breakfast spread. Staff were excellent and responsive. Hotel was clean. Location within walking distance to many attractions. Breakfast was convenient; however, at the price, their are a variety of local options I would consider if I were to return. The matress in the bedroom was fine for the short stay, but not comfortable. Staff again were excellent, I would consider this a good option for the reasons provided

Small room. Very near to Termini station. Just opposite of Termini station, very convenient location. Many restaurants and stores, supermarkets nearby. Great breakfast, many choices of pastries, yogurt, cereals etc and coffee and juices.  Front deck service good. Baggages storage service.
The hotel's location is unbeatable, and the service is pretty good too. However, the room isn't actually small, but the design and layout make it feel very cramped. Plus, there's only one charging outlet in the entire room, and it's right above the headboard... The hotel breakfast is decent, with a variety of food and drinks.
It was satisfactory. Very old plumbing, lots of dust, everyone wrote about the maze. You can put up with it for one night's sleep, but otherwise it's very sad. The air conditioning doesn't work, the view is of a garbage dump, everything smells bad and is depressing. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

Location is near to almost everything. Room 3 was spacious with a large rooftop space/garden too. We were able to watch the fireworks twice from there 👍🏻
The location was excellent, the breakfast was of a high standard, and the staff were very friendly and willing to help!
Really kind of lucked out with this Hotel. Charming and lovely. Very Clean. Every single staff member was always helpful, polite, and seemed to want your experience to be great. Helpful for Airport and Cruise Port taxis, super close to the top of the Spanish Steps. Really enjoyed staying here, and highly recommend.
Location is excellent if you want to visit the popular sites. You would need a taxi or transit to visit the Vatican. Lots of cafes and restaurants but you can get easily duped by some of these restaurants being in a touristy area. So, always ask for the price of the food. Staff were pleasant, breakfast was basic ( eggs cost extra). We had a suite so it was nice ( comes at extra cost).
