The service is perfect while the location is a little far from the city center

The suite is large and has a simple kitchen with a microwave and tableware, suitable for families. The hotel provides free buses to and from the city center, which takes about 20 minutes. The pick-up and drop-off points are close to the Mouth of Truth, which is convenient for guests. Great!

The service and attitude are quite poor. In addition, the hotel was booked two months ago, and the price should have been favorable. As a result, I found that the price dropped by 600 yuan on the day of check-in. I will not stay here again!

The room is nice and clean, and the hotel lobby reception is also good. Check in requires a credit card prepayment of 100 euros. Attached is the bus time from the hotel to the city center, via petroselli 50 is near the Mouth of Truth in the city center. The fee can be directly deducted from the credit card at the front desk.

It's quiet here, but the quality of the Waldorf Astoria is not up to par. The parking fee is 45 yuan a day, which is incredible on the hill of Rome. The facilities are relatively old and really not worth the price.

The location of the hotel is very close to Spanish steps. Just walk up the steps and it’s very close. Their service is impeccable and friendly. I love their buffet breakfast especially the thick hot chocolate serve at the buffet.

Great day at this hotel, rooms were very clean and comfortable. They offer affordable shuttles to different city center destinations. Or they would help us call a taxi and it was always fast. The service and food are good. We availed of their airport transfer to the hotel, then private transport to Roma Termini after check out. Communication was easy via email as they were responsive. Hotel is quite far from the city center, but it can easily be solved by taxi or Uber.

Hotel location is good and easy to walk around to see several of the attractions and get food. Only issue we had was the rooms had ants in the original room we were in. However the hotel did take care of it and apologized. If our room did not have the issue with the ants it would be 5 stars all.

Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. We stayed four nights and it was wonderful. The room was quite spacious for Rome, and there was a beautiful church across from the window. The breakfast restaurant manager, Rafiq, was especially kind, remembering each guest's preferences and proactively chatting. This is a very standard hotel. The facilities and decor are quite new, and there were festive graffiti and activities, though we didn't participate. The New Year's Eve party was lively, making it a very welcoming hotel. I liked the gym and pool; the facilities were quite clean. I didn't get to try breakfast this time, and the price was a bit high during the New Year's Day period.

The hotel boasts a magnificent spiral staircase and spacious hallways. The rooms are luxurious, bright, and quiet and comfortable. The service is attentive, with complimentary champagne and fruit. The Italian breakfast is exceptional, and the restaurant even features evening performances. The doorman helpfully calls taxis, making it very convenient to reach major attractions.

All the staff I met were very warm and friendly. My wife had some health problems during the trip. The hotel's housekeeping manager, lobby manager, lobby staff, and housekeeping staff all took the initiative to provide us with a lot of help at the first time. A truly stunning hotel in the best location you could be , steps away from The Pantheon! It was a luxury oasis of calm amongst the busy streets of Rome . The room was beautiful and we had the best sleep , so quiet. It is a new property so everything feels very fresh but here you will find the level of service you would expect from a luxury hotel and everything you need on hand , a must stay.

We were fortunate enough to stay in this extraordinary hotel for several days over the Christmas holidays. I cannot praise this hotel enough. In advance of our arrival, the concierge team (and it is truly a team of several talented individuals led by the incomparable Alessandra) was able to procure us impossible tickets to Christmas Day mass in St Peter’s as well as many restaurant and other site tickets...

I cannot even put into words how this place took my heart in a whirlwind. This is truly the most beautiful hotel with some of the kindest and friendliest souls, I’ve ever been to. I was welcomed like a queen, because it was my birthday, got an upgrade and beautiful gifts like a flower bouquet, a bottle of very nice prosecco and a delicious tart. The room - the junior suite - was just breathtaking....
